jisung took off his clothes as he went inside the shower. before going home, he and chenle went to the store to buy some ingredients, they also bought some beer and snacks for later. well, it's jisung's idea, because why not? it's been a while since he last drink. at first, chenle did not agree with jisung's idea, but after a good minute of convincing the older, he finally agreed.

he is happy, the thought of him and chenle enjoying their night makes him smile widely, he's excited, and he can't wait.

after taking a shower, jisung stayed there for a minute before wrapping the towel on his waist to cover his lower part and going out of the bathroom. his hair is still dripping wet, but he doesn't care that much. he opened the closet and took out some random sweater and comfy shorts.

he was about to take the towel off his waist when suddenly a cute little puppy went inside the room, running. jisung realized that the door is opened, he walked through the door and he was about to close it, but it was too late, chenle slammed his hand on the door, almost hitting jisung, he was also holding a spatula.

their eyes locked together. they looked at each other without moving or saying anything, they just stayed there, looking at each other.

but then, chenle realized that jisung is half-naked, so he cleared his throat as he looked away, "y-you should get dressed now. the food is ready." the older male said, he can feel his cheeks getting hot. "also, i'm sorry for barging in. daegal doesn't want to eat her food so i tried chasing her." 

jisung nodded, but he was not really listening to chenle. his eyes are focused on the older's face, chenle's pouty lips and his red cheeks are really distracting the younger.

chenle poured the beverage into the cup, after pouring a good amount of it, he grabbed the cup and placed it in his mouth as he gulped the liquid. the younger male stared at him with a disbelief look, it's been an hour since they were drinking. he held chenle's wrist and tried stopping him, the older gave him a glare, "what? are you gonna stop me? it's your idea and you even forced me, and now you're stopping me?" he said with a sharp tone, chucking after. jisung rolled his eyes, he grabbed the bottle of beer and chugged the remaining liquid. "i'm not stopping you, i did that because i am worried that you might choke, you're making it look like that it will be the last time that you're going to drink with me." he said as he opened the bag of chips.

there's a long silence, the only thing that you can hear is the chewing of chips and the sound of the liquid being poured into the cup.

the mood is so relaxing, jisung wishes that he can always feel this relaxing mood without worrying about school. because as he grows up, there are so many problems coming into his life, but luckily, chenle is there to help him, to be there with him.

"hey, jisung?" 

the said male looked at chenle, the older male rested his head on jisung's shoulder, "what if i told you that i am slowly getting comfortable with you?" he asked, the taller male wrapped his free arm around chenle's shoulder, "then i would be happy." jisung smiled widely.

chenle giggled, "you know what's the funny thing? you kidnapped me, well, usually kidnappers hurt and kill their victims, but you did the opposite. you took care of me and made sure that i am safe. at first, i don't know if i should thank you or be mad at you. but now, i'm slowly feeling better with you." he looked at jisung, squishing the younger's cheek, "you made me feel loved and safe. it's been a while since i felt this. my parents are always busy and they'll only call me whenever it's urgent. renjun and donghyuck are also busy with their academics. i feel sad because i never got someone's attention and... someone's love." he sighed.

"i almost forgot what love feels like. but then all of a sudden, you came into my life. i am so happy that someone actually really cares for me... and someone actually loves me." 

"does that mean that you're finally in love with me?" jisung asked, jokingly. 

"no, silly."

"oh, is that so?"

"but everything i've said is true. i just realized that we're helping each other from being lonely. i am so thank you to have you as my friend." chenle buried his head on the taller male's shoulder. "thank you so much, jisung."

"you're welcome—"

chenle then squished jisung's cheeks with both hands, "ah, you're so cute. how can you be so freaking cute? you're so adorable and tiny." he said with pouty lips. the taller male giggled, "you're calling me tiny when i'm literally bigger and taller than you." 

"i don't care. you're so adorable." 

renjun rested his head on donghyuck's shoulder, "hyuck, do you miss chenle?" the chinese male asked, the tan male nodded, "i really do, it makes me think, why is he not messaging us anymore?" he asked. renjun shrugged, "i don't know. maybe he's busy. let's just give him some time." 

"but, whenever he's busy, he's telling us. but now, there are no messages from him." 

"hm, so what are you trying to tell me?" renjun looked at the tan male, he scoffed when he saw donghyuck with a worried look.

"what if he's being kidnapped or—"

"shut up! don't say that!" renjun slapped donghyuck's shoulder, the other male hissed, "i can't help but think about those things! you know how dramatic i am!" he said.

"you know what, you should go home. it's already nine." the chinese male was about to stand up but donghyuck held his wrist. "can i sleep here? it's dangerous outside at this time, who knows maybe someone will suddenly kill me or—" 

"geez, fine! and you're right. you're so fucking dramatic." 

renjun left donghyuck on the couch. donghyuck then took his phone out of his pocket and tried dialing chenle's number, he's not sure if the younger is already sleeping, but he wanted to greet him or maybe cheer him up because he knows that chenle is probably stressed about school. after a few rings, chenle answered, making the tan male smile.

but his smile drops when he heard weird sounds coming from the other line.
