Standing before Aubrey is an angry Hero and a very nervous Kel. Aubrey could tell that the brothers aren't here for a just conversation. Hero's first words sent chills down Aubrey. She has never heard Hero speak in this type of tone. An angry one.

"Sunny is getting a blood transfusion in the operating room." Aubrey hesitantly said.

"Why?" Hero asks with little care in his voice.

"He was planning to commit suicide and lost blood as he was walked us the stairs to the rooftop." Aubrey explains. "I caught him trying to kill himself."

Hero stares daggers at Aubrey giving her shivers.

"You didn't let him?" Hero asks. "Why did you save him?"

Aubrey begins to see red as Hero bluntly spoke on Sunny's suicide attempt as if it was a blessing. Kel doesn't seem to want any part in the conversation and slowly walks away from his brother and Aubrey who're glaring threateningly at each other.

"Can't you see how much pain Sunny was put through all these years?" Aubrey calmly asks. "Keeping the truth of Mari's death to himself is no less than torture."

"He killed Mari and allowed Basil to hang her body." Hero said. "Torture is a merciful punishment."

"Do you honestly believe that Sunny would kill Mari with ill intent?" Aubrey asks Hero as she gets in his face. "He was twelve! Sunny hasn't done anything wrong his entire life! Sunny, our Sunny, was twelve and witnessed his sister die by an accidental push! Can't you imagine what kind of mental impact that was left on him? We can't compare!"

"That doesn't change the fact he and Basil kept this secret away from us." Hero said as he raises his voice.

"Basil was trying to help Sunny!" Aubrey countered. "He told us himself right after Sunny's confession!"

Kel could tell that this argument was getting nowhere. He wanted nothing more than to get in the way, but he couldn't. The emotions in this conversation is like a battle that shouldn't be interfered with.

"You accepted Basil's apology with no problem, what makes forgiving Sunny so different?" Aubrey yells.

"Are you seriously asking me that?" Hero angrily yells back. "Sunny made our lives change for the worse! Even Basil! You should be just as mad as me for what he's done!"

Aubrey begins to lose her cool, but tries to keep her composure.

"These past few days made me realize that the world doesn't revolve around my misfortune." Aubrey strongly said as she tried to calm herself down. "I've already accepted the fact that Mari passed away and that there's nothing I can possibly do to change that. It doesn't matter how she died, my mindset will not change."

Hero took a few steps back at Aubrey's words and as he did so she followed him.

"At the very least, I know that Mari loved Sunny." Aubrey continues as tears begin to form in her eyes. "And you think it will do her good if Sunny commits suicide?"

SLAP!

Aubrey slaps Hero across the face hard enough to leave a visible mark. Hero didn't react as he was still processing what had happened. Kel winces at the sight, but refuses to look away.

"...How dare you..." Aubrey growls.

Hero's stern gaze remains, but his anger wallows as Aubrey's slap seems to push back his anger.

"None of us can compare our misery to Sunny's or Basil's." Aubrey hisses. "They both were intent on killing themselves because of the guilt and we wouldn't have batted an eye to it."
