The violence from the previous chapter will continue and will be even more graphic. Beware. I don't own Omori.

"Sunny, let me take care of Omori."

Mari was standing before Sunny clear as day. Sunny thought he saw the last of her back at the recital, but there she is. However, unlike her usual self, she has a face of anger. Sunny hasn't seen Mari this angry since...the accident. Omori didn't look amused in the least despite his cheeky smile.

"Mari." Omori said in a grim tone. "Your no figment."

Sunny watches as Mari walks around Omori and stands in front of her brother. She raises her poker and clutches it with both hands.

"Mari?" Sunny hesitantly asks. "Is that....you?"

Mari turns and smiles at Sunny.

"Who else?"

All of the sudden, Mari was punched in the face by Omori causing her to stumble. Thankfully, she regains her footing and swipes her poker at Omori. Omori deflects the poker with his steak knife and then cuts Mari's arm. She winces at the pain and thrusts her weapon at Omori. The doppelgänger simply steps back to avoid Mari's attack. To Sunny, it was like watching a superhero cartoon or comic. Once the two are done exchanging attacks, Omori taps the hole in his chest and a black substance fills in the space. Now, it looked like the wound was never there. Was all this fantasy action happening because Sunny's in White Space?

"Cut the crap!" yells Omori. "You should've moved on to the afterlife already! Why are you still here Mari?!"

"Isn't it obvious?" Mari asks as she gives Omori an icy stare. "You're trying to kill my brother and friends for your own selfish goals. I stayed behind a little longer because I knew Sunny still had guilt."

Omori clicks his tongue in response and points his knife at Sunny.

"I'm just fulfilling his wishes." Omori said. "Sunny wanted to live in a place free of guilt and reality, so I'm giving him that pleasure."

Mari nods her head in disagreement.

"Sunny wanted someone to protect him and so he made you, however, it was your wish to make a utopia and so you created Headspace." Mari explains. "You also had the audacity to take advantage of Sunny trauma and take over his mind."

"Mari...how do you..."

Mari looks at Sunny and puts a finger to her lips. Sunny just looks in awe. How long has she known about this? Is this really Mari? What does she mean by Omori using him?

"Are you seriously making me the bad guy?" Omori asks, staring at Sunny. "Sunny, tell your sister that you want nothing more than to live in a world without guilt. Live in Headspace where you'll find happiness and adventure with everyone."

Sunny glares at Omori as he clutches his bleeding arm. Omori could tell that his host wasn't giving in.

"Omori, I told you that Aubrey already forgave me and I'm not planning on dying." Sunny said as he tried to get up. "I don't care if the others hate me for the rest of their lives, as long as I have her, I know I'll be fine..."

Sunny throws up some blood and wobbles, but Mari gives him a shoulder. She smiles warmly at Sunny and hands him something. A steak knife.

"This is to fight your suppressed feelings." Mari said. "Let's fight him together."

"You Suzuki's are stubborn to the bitter end." Omori said as he dropped his steak knife. "If I can't convince you, I'll just take you by force."
