Chapter 46: A Tie!

"Where could she be?" I heard a voice, right outside the cave. So I smiled victoriously, while waiting for them to come closer.

"She's good at hiding... But nothing will happen if this keeps on." Mye said and I heared the sound of the flute. It was so soothing that it makes me want to follow the sound.

I started to walk while having that feeling of being free and want to set fort on something that I don't know what. But before revealing myself, something hit me.

"Go out and be defeated, or launch an all out attack, because they are all in a spell." That familiar voice again. So I blinked my eyes a couple of times, before hiding back.
"Okay~ stay calm, and keep hidden." I thought and raised my hand, making it glow and have a bloody red ball.
"Blood Ode~" I whispered and shot the ball right in the middle of them.

"Oh? What is this?" Mye asked and I could hear them being confused. Mye's flute have now stopped, so basically, they are now awake.

"Wait! Isn't this-" Before Rose could even speak out. I clenched my fist to teleport myself in front of them all.

"Surprise~" I smiled victorious and... "Argh!" With a loud cry, I dropped my hands down quickly and with strength, it made all of them loose balance.

With this, I motioned my hand round and round to make a rope thingy. And when I succeeded, I wrapped them all up and they all tried to get out. But to no avail.

"I'm sorry guys." I guiltily said and used my power to pull them out.

"Oh no you don't!" Guinevere said and it's a good thing that I looked back, because she used the orb to attack me. And it almost hit me!
My focus was lost, they escaped my rope.

"You really are quite good at this now huh?" Guinevere said and smiled satisfied at everything that's happening.

"I can see that you guys are serious earlier. So why not be also serious to be fair, right?" I asked and she smirked.

"Then how about a one on one?" She asked again, readying herself.

"Only if they want to." I said and without any other words, we attacked each other.

She started to shoot those orbs at me, but I easily dodged all of them. Seconds later, the other two joined in. Mye started to use the flute, making Guinevere stunned and stop throwing her magic at me. I guess she's on my side here now.

"Oh not this time!" With a slash on the ground, Mye lost her balance and she gasped, before totally hitting the ground. Breaking Guinevere from being possessed.

Rose again, tried to whip Mye, but I used my magic to stop her gear. Then I lift my hands up to control it. I turned and turned until I was sure that I am already taking full control and thrown her out. She landed on a tree.
I also used my power to levitate Mye to me.

"Are you okay?" I asked and she nodded.

"No worries, I just lost my balance." She answered, making me sigh in relief.

"I thought you'd be siding up with them?" I asked and she stand up by my side.

"Well I didn't, because I know who'll win." She smiled while looking at me. I also smiled at her. "I trust you with this, so please don't let me down." She said and I nodded.

"Too bad I won't let that happen!" Guinevere shouted and when we looked at her place earlier, it was empty. No one's there. We looked around us, but none.
Then I looked up.

"Athena's Shield!" I shouted, and before she could even land on us, the shield protected us and she moved backward.

"Wow! You're really good at this! I thought you won't notice." She commented.

"Well, what do you expect?" Mye said proudly, but Guinevere smiled.

"I expect, victory." She said and then, a slash came from the back. It made us both fly away. "Bravo Rose! That's what I call whipping!" She clapped her hands like a happy child.

"End this now Guin." Rose said and Guinevere pouted.

"I'm still having fun though~" She said, but readied herself. Then after that, she jumped again, towards our place, and was about to hit us, when...
"What the-?" She was stopped by someone holding her back.

"Guinevere Lancelot and Rose Heart, you're both eliminated." We heard Kari's voice, so Mye and I looked at each other and nodded. Then we both scattered.

"Hey! That's so unfair!" I could hear Guinevere trying to get out of his grasp, but was of no use.

Only me and Mye are the only one's left, but the sun is already setting. So Professor Greg called all of us.

"So this fight is a tie between Daisy and Mye. Good job keeping up until the very end!" Professor Greg said and we made a high five to each other. Meanwhile, the others are not really fine with it. The two girls are pouting while Tracey's looking away.

"Guys, please don't get mad. I didn't mean to do all that." I apologized and they all looked at me with confused looks.

"What do you mean?" Guinevere asked and I looked down.

"I don't want us to have some conflicts just because of this." I answered, and looked at all of them. They all looked at each other and laugh. "Did I said something funny?" I asked curiously.

"How come that you're now 23 but is still innocent? You're unbelievable!" Rose laughed hard, and I just looked at them all.

"We aren't mad about what happened you dummy~ we were just exhausted!" Guinevere said and punched me on the shoulder.

"Ow! What was that for?" I pouted while holding my shoulder. "It hurts you know! I am also tired anyways."

"That's for trapping me in that rope." She raised her brows with what she said.

"Sorry for that though~" I said and she just giggled at this.

Not long after we arrived at the school gates, we saw some people outside the gates. So we looked at each other and walked casually at them.

"Hello? Who are you and how may we help you?" Professor Greg asked with a low voice. But I think he is also telling us to get ready, if anything goes wrong.
We can't see the faces of these people, it's dark.

"Hello Professor! Great to see you again!" That familiar and jolly voice, made me crunch my brows.

"Oh? Jade? What are you doing here?" With the name mentioned, we all sighed in relief. It was just one of the royal elites.

"We came by the queen's orders. We got a letter from Dean Jean about these students going to Etania, so she sent us to be with them." He said and we were all shocked.

"She doesn't have to! I mean, I think we can handle everything, after having practiced like what we did earlier." Rose said.

"HAHAHA! Trust me, you won't be saying that after visiting the place." Marc said while laughing unbelievably.

And here I also thought that we are now ready... Guess not.

"How about if we talk inside about all this. It's too dangerous to have a chat here at night." With what Professor Greg said, we all went inside. The guards locked the gates and we bid our goodnights to Kari, before he walked the other way, towards his place, while we enter the school.

I thought there were only two of them, but after seeing another one, I was so happy.
