Chapter 62: Abducted!

Daisy

I am sitting outside the school right now, doing meditation and keeping my focus to flow my power through out my body. It might have been too difficult for me in the past, but after what happened at the mountain, so many things have changed.
The happiest part? I just found out that my real family is alive and well! No words could ever explain my joy when Granger gave the news.
And now, we are all here, happily continuing life while keeping intact of the palace's problems. I mean after all, they need me there, so sometimes they would send a dove with message and I will quickly take action to leave the school and help them. But today is different, they let me have a rest, so all I did was meditate and let my inner peace flow through me. To calm myself down, and to forget about problems for a while...
Or so I thought when-

"Help~" I didn't mind it at first cause I thought, I was just thinking about it, or my mind is messing up with me but... "Please help me~" A voice of a kid crying was really there! So I stopped with what I am doing and tried to find where it is.

"Hello?" I called out. "Where are you?" I tried to sound calm, even though I am a bit worried.

"Please help me!" He shouted, sounding in distress. Then after a couple minutes of walking, I heard a rustle to my right.
Looking there, I saw a young boy, about age of 7 to 8, tangled on a vine. He looks so adorable in that posture, he looks like a baby who got tangled up with its toy and was about to cry, but I realized, it's too dangerous for him to be here. He must be lost.

So I walked towards him, and at first, he was like, afraid of me. He would hide himself, but I told him that it's fine and that there's no need to worry about cause he'll be safe. So he let me set him free. He quickly wiped his tears.

"Are you hurt? Tell me where, come with me then. I'll treat you." I said, but he refused and just said.

"I want my mama." He looked down sadly, so I felt a sting on my chest. I asked him where he lives but... "I don't know. Maybe there? Or there? I can't seem to remember." That made things worse than I thought. He was pointing to nowhere! So many directions, he must have been really lost.

"Daisy? Daisy where are you?" I heard Guinevere's voice, making me think...

"Maybe they can help!"

So I held the little boy's hand and smiled sweetly.

"Come with me for now and i'll help you find your mama, okay?" I said, but his demeanor changed. I was surprised to see his eyes fuming red, then he grinned.

"Sorry, your highness. Just doing my job well. Don't want to upset the king now do we?" His voice also changed! From a sweet and scared voice to an evil tone. It was so cold, that it gave me goosebumps! His voice seemed kinda familiar. "Time to go to sleep~" He said and before I could even make a move, he blew something unto my face. A black powder. It was so fragrant at first, but soon made me feel dizzy. And after that, I lost consciousness...

I woke up feeling a bit light headed, but as I feel something different with the sorroundings, I quickly recovered and seeing everything in horror, made me almost scream in shock.

"I see you're now awake, my beautiful queen." I heard a voice said, and when I saw him down the chair or throne I was sitting, I knitted my eyebrows.

"Who are you? And what do you want from me?" I asked pissed at his face. I don't know why, but it seemed familiar in some cases.

"Don't ask me some rhetorical questions love. I would much likely want to hear what your plans are before you become the queen of Dusk." He answered me, and that made me realize. I am at Dusk Empire right now. And I am freakin' tied to a throne! And what is he saying about me being a queen?! I freakin' don't want to be his queen! Whoever said so, might be a crazy person.

"I won't let you take control over me you pesky little pest! Let me go!" I tried to budge but... Eh~ it's really stopping me from using my magic, and what's worse is that I am feeling lightheaded.

"Tch! Tch! Tch! You're such a stubborn woman I see."

"I don't care what you are, who you are and what you want from me. But if you let me go, i'll think of reconsidering from killing you."

"HAHAHA! And did you really think I am afraid of your threats?" He then moved closer to my face. It's so near, our nose almost touched. "You will follow me whether you like it or not, and no one can stop me with what I am about to do." Then he's blown something on me, making me feel dizzy and was knocked unconscious.

Third Person

After sending Daisy to a deep slumber. Damian went out of the throne room to go at Alice's chamber, where everyone else is. Three of them, Alice, Ahrin and Xel were all waiting for him.

"Greetings your highness!" Alice said with an excited tone of voice.

"My liege!" Ahrin bowed while Xel just put his fist on his chest.

"So what's the progress of the orb?" He asked and the three looked at each other first, before actually answering.

"I just need a couple of minutes before actually finishing this." Alice answered and Damian walked towards the orb. It is inside a semi large capsule, and was emitting a very dark aura.
Looking at the thing, made him excited and grin.

"Keep doing your job Alice. Soon enough it will help us with everything." He said.

"It is now ready to be used your lordship." Alice answered with a sure tone, as she puts the last recipe of the orb. A dark reddish colored blood.

"Good. Now all we need to do is get back to the room to finish what we all started." He said and motioned everyone to follow him. Then they all went to the throne room.

"Damian, mind if I ask a question?" Alice said, making the king look at him with curiousity. "Did you know that Daisy might be a threat to us?" She asked and Damian looked at her with raised eyebrows. "I mean, she is our enemy. So controlling her might be a bit hard." She explained. "Also, her powers are great! If she even takes a hint of our magic, she might use it against us."

"Don't worry about that Alice. Because she will follow me all the way through the end. We will be the ones to reign victor in the end." He said and smiled evilly again.
