Chapter 3: The Commotion Started!

I woke up after hearing sounds of screaming outside. It was faint, so I could say that it came from outside the school.

"What time is it?" I yawned as I stretch my arms up to wake myself up. Then I looked at my door. I think there's no one outside our dorm right now. So I tried my best to get up even if I am feeling lazy, and went out of the door. "Where is everyone?" I asked when...

"Don't let them get inside!/ Watch out!/ The're too many of them!" I was surprised to hear screaming again, so I went out of the room and was surprised to see ten students, guarding the door, including my four friends.

"She's awake!" I heared Rose said and they all looked at me.

"Unbelievable! We are all busy keeping all our enemies out here, while you are having a good night sleep?!" Traceler said and looked at me, so I remembered.

"Right! Chang'e Moon!" I quickly closed the door and went inside of my room. I went to the closet and reached for my fighting clothes and gears. Then I hurriedly put it in, rushed out of my room and ate a mint at the table, before readily going out of the room.

"No need to cover up for me anymore. Let's fight altogether." I said and all of them nodded in agreement as we all walk to where the others are. Outside.

Judging from the deaths of our enemies, I could tell that the fight has started earlier than I expected it to be. But no time to think about it for now, because we need to fight.

"Watch out!" I screamed at Mye as I saw someone behind her, ready to stab her in the back. Good thing I noticed this and used my wand to electrify that person.

"Thank you~" She mentioned and I nodded as an answer before fighting with the others.

The war is not ending. Every time we kill one, three will come out, making it more hard for us. We are being outnumbered now. Guinevere, Traceler and I are now facing each others back as we kept on attacking every enemy in front of us.

"This is now getting out of hands!" Guinevere said and I could hear her heavy breathing, imdicating that she is starting to weaken out.

"And what's weirder, is that I can see no Duskians everywhere. Even earlier, there were none." Traceler said, making me realize that he's right. Why? Because if there really is a Duskian who've attacked, we could have been all dead by now. And what's worse, maybe they already kidnapped me. For they had already seen my face.

"I am feeling bad about this." I said and freezed an enemy nearby, before breaking it into pieces.

"Your power is just awesome! It can control every element." Guinevere said but I just waived my head no.

"I am trying to confuse the enemies by changing my magics. But I think it's not helping. I think i'm just giving them more clues as to who I am." I said and started to worry about it.

"Just, act normal. This kind of predators are somewhat dumb and dumbers. They didn't found out who you were, and they also didn't said something about you, so it's fine to assume for now."

"But never let your guards down." Guinevere corrected Traceler by his words making us agree.

"Argh!"

"Ow!" We started to hear different cries of pain all around us, and when I looked at these mentioned students, I was surprised to see almost a third of the students loosing their magic. They are getting weaker and weaker by the moment.

"Shit! What do I do? Please! Goddess Aurora, help us!" Then something entered my mind like a flick. "That's right!"

"Everyone! Where are your crystals?" I asked in a loud voice enough for all of them to hear.

"We have ours! Here!" I heard one of my schoolmates said.

"This one?" Another asked. And another. But to my disappointment, the crystal is not breaking yet.

"When will it help?!" Was all I could ask myself as I kill more of our enemies.

"Oh no! We left ours at the dorm!" One cried, making me scared. I can't let them all die! I need to do something.

"Think! Think!"

"No!" I felt something really familiar. That aura gave me goosebumps all over me, as I feel it coming closer. My two friends looked at me with curiousity as I have that scared face. "They're here!" As I finished saying those lines, I felt the darkest auras everwhere. So many of them, started to attack everyone. Even our enemies are no exception to all of them.

"Kill them! Kill them all! Bring the phoenix, by the order of King Damian!" I heard that familiar voice. That proud, manly, and annoying voice.

"It's him!" I thought, and my past has entered my mind in less than a second. How everyone died, how everyone looked after the massacre.
How my family have been killed. Without their mercy.

It made me angry. But I can still control myself. I started to breath deeply as I try to stop myself from being controlled by my own power. "Breath in~ breath out~ easy~" I remembered Professor Rylie saying those lines, and it somehow helped.

"Secure the school! Give it all your best! We can do it! Aurora will be with us!" I heard Dean Jean shouted and used her wind power to annihilate those enemies at her place.

"For Genesis!" Everyone shouted in unison as they all helped everyone defeat our enemies.

I was now also more careful about using my magic. I only used the first ever magic that came out from me.
The one that I used at the trial.

"Oracle's Sword." I said and in a split second, my wand became a sword. Mostly looking like a katana, but smaller, and its hilt has a YinYang sign on it. "Aaargh!" I screamed while slashing every enemy on sight. I may have been feeling angry and mad right now, but it's not time to go berserk, yet. Not when I know all of my colleagues are in great danger without their protections.

"Professor Rylie! When will the crystal be of use?!" A student asked, making me look at his direction after cutting a head.

"I don't know the answer to that question dear. The only thing that I know is that it will break once the moon is of perfect shape!" Professor answered, while controlling his enemies to fight other enemies.

"Stop asking for now my dear! We need to keep on fighting if we want to live!" I heard Professor Eurie said and when I looked at her, she was gracefully using this kind of rope to fight. I don't know what that is, but her moves are so graceful, if you look at her, you might say that she is just dancing.

I also noticed Professor Greg freezing someone and then punching that thing to make it explode.

"Look out!" I heard him say, before he casted a powerful ice, making everyone around him and Professor Eurie's place freeze and break. It was like, a bomb exploded and everyone around them flew away or have been knocked out. "Also remember to be careful with your sorroundings! Someone might try to sneak up!" He said and although everyone is fighting, we all answered a loud YES SIR!!
