No trial. She didn't need one. She won. Well, the hearing for Erica. Rose was a different subject. That shook her up. There was only so much anyone else could do to calm her down.

She couldn't walk by herself, she still closed her eyes on the stairs, she has nightmares, any loud noise terrifies her, she doesn't want to live anymore, and she's stressed.

The group had stayed the night after the hearing. It was only the next day. Rose's hearing wasn't until another two weeks.

Meredith, Derek and Mark had missed most of school. They got sent their homework but they hadn't been to school in two months. Their friends had missed a lot of school with them. They went to school sometimes though.

Everyone was sitting around in the shack, working on school. Except for Cristina. She already had it done.

"How do you not have any work?" Meredith asks.

"Cause I didn't sit around for two months."

Mer stayed silent.

"Sorry! I didn't mean that. Not to you. Oh my god."

"It's good." She chuckled.

"Hey Jackson, what is question 6?" Izzie asked.

"B." He replied.

"Thanks."

"Is anyone else hungry?" Alex asked.

"I am." George said, along with April, Amelia and Mer.

"Ok. Anything specific?"

"Uhh...ramen?"

"Ok. I'll have to go to the house."

"Ok."

Alex walked up the hill, to the house and went around to the front door. He stopped in his tracks when he saw a long brown headed person that looked all too familiar.

"What are you doing here?"

"Oh uh, couldn't rack up the nerve to knock. Since I got kicked out last time."

"Oh." Alex tilted his head and squinted.

"Uh, how is Meredith."

"Hungry, aggravated because she can't walk, all because of your friend." Alex turned around and headed for the door.

"Rose wasn't my friend, ok?" Eliza corrects. Alex looked astonished as he turned back around.

"I used to be like Mer. Got shoved into lockers, never as bad as her. I never got pulled down stairs or kicked. Let alone shot. Rose said if I had joined her, I wouldn't get bullied anymore. So it never got bad. I didn't want to hurt anyone. But I was being selfish, and I'm sorry. I wanted to say....where is she?"

"The Shack....why?" Alex tilted his head back to show a direction.

"The hearing. For Rose. I'm going to be on her side. And if it's ok with her, report as a witness."

"Really?"

"Yea...and..I can call a friend of mine..to prove I actually mean no harm."

"Which friend?"

"Callie...Toress. And her girlfriend."

"Callie as in Arizona Robbins' girlfriend?"

"Yea..."

"I know Arizona. Haven't seen her in a bit, though. She's a good friend, so, I trust you."

"Thanks."

"Yea, whatever."

"Hey, uh, do you think I could talk to her?"

"I don't know, dude. She can't really walk and if her boyfriend or Mark or someone helps her out here, you might be unconscious."

"Oh. Well, tell her what I said?"

"Sure."

"Thanks." And with that, Rose walked away.

"Actually, wait." She said.

"Dude, we're hungry, hurry."

"Do you know someone named Lexie?"
