Ciel Phantomhive

If I'm honest, Ciel is probably insecure about his eye. Of course, you have seen it a few times. Although he tries playing of wearing an eyepatch most of the time saying 'Its to keep Sebastian's real identity a secret' or something along those lines. You have always hated seeing him cover it up, even when it was just the two of you! You knew what was behind the eyepatch, but he still only took it off for sleeping. He was definitely insecure.

Sebastian Michaelis 

With Sebastian being a demon, he was insecure about not showing enough emotion towards you. You have already tried to comfort him so many times, saying that he was trying his best. Although, he couldn't help but wonder what it would be like if he was not born a demon. Maybe even a human instead? 

Alois Trancy

Alois is probably insecure that he isn't sensitive or caring enough for your feelings. He is this high ranked, cold hearted person while you are also high ranked but kind and calming to be around. Alois is most likely also insecure that your going to leave him because you two are polar opposites. However, you know what they say, opposites attract, right?

Claude Faustus

Claude probably hates the fact that he can't show emotion. Like I have previously mentioned, Claude and the statue of liberty? No difference. Anyway, he is really insecure about that. Like sebastian, you have tried multiple times to convince him that you did not mind but he still felt bad about it. 

Grell Suitcliff

Grell was always insecure about her masculine features. Even though she acted like she didn't care, she did. She always thought you were going to leave her for someone more feminine. Even with you constantly reassuring her, she still was really insecure about it. 

Hannah Annafellows

Hannah was definitely insecure about the scars Alois had given her over the years. Especially the one on her face. Women were seen as delicate and fragile. Men were typically seen to be the ones with scars and masculine aspects. This made Hannah insecure about all the scars she owned. Similar to Grell, she thought you were going to leave her for someone more feminine. 

The Triplets

They were honestly insecure on their personality. They thought they were too similar. In their mind, it was like having one triplet and coping them exactly. Although you could always tell the three apart, they still thought they were too similar. This always bothered them. 

Agni

Agni was insecure about the way he looked. Mainly his body structure. You were this, beautiful person with the perfect body, while he was just a man with a not so perfect body. That was in his eyes at least. You have tried so many times to tell him that he was amazing and there was nothing wrong about him. Although, he could not shake the feeling of insecurity you still repeatedly told him how amazing he was. 

Prince Soma 

Soma was always this outgoing, careless boy. However, this was the cause for his insecurities. He was too sensitive. Too happy. Too carefree. Although, this was only seen in his eyes. In his eyes, you were this beautiful, happy person, and you could be serious at the same time. He couldn't do anything serious for more than 3 seconds. He was insecure about that, he wished he could be more like you.
