After Zhang told us about the palace rules, and when I say rules. That's 227 rules. I didn't really listen to some of it, I'm not planning on staying here as a palace made.

It's just a key to my plan. And beside I still didn't have a solid plan on how to ask Lord Ti Yu about it, since he is the closest one to the late King.

Maybe I'll just look for clues. Maybe picture? Some from the hanging pictures on the walls inside the palace. Maybe one of the King's picture he wears the necklace. That's a tricky plan though.

As of my punishment, here I am now walking to the library room. Which Zhang clearly told me to clean the whole room. I was about to protest but then my mind though, maybe there are some information inside the library. And besides, Zhang said she wouldn't utter a single word to Miss Dhaipa about the trouble I made earlier.

Zhang was ahead of me and I followed her quietly. Paying no attention at to what she was saying. I was just roaming my eyes at the hall. What will happen after this?

More on, how am I going to face the truth about all this. Ever since kid, I always ask Mama who was my father. She only told me that my Baba was an merchant, they meet at a market, fell inlove then they had me and Mama said he died at a very bad illness.

What she told me was what I've been believing since then. And I will stick to it.

"This is the room"

She open the door and before I could blink an eye I was amazed by the thousands of books in every shelf. That is a lot of book!

Who even read this thousands? I can't even finish a single book!

I can't help but to feel amazed. I only have 1 book since I was a child. Oh wait, how am I going to clean all of this again?

"Dust the books, clean the curtains, sweep the floor, clean the windows. Be done by 5, Miss Dhaipa will be announcing something at 6. This time don't be late"

She said as if she heard my mind. I rolled my eyes and averted my attention back at the books.

"And one more thing, do not enter that door"

She pointed at the brown door at the left corner of the room. Then Zhang went out leaving me all alone with this enormous library and a thousands of books.

Without minding what Zhang said I wall towards the door she was telling me about. It's old. I grip the door knob and it's lock. Great, now that I think something inside was an information that could fell my satisfaction.

Again, I wiggle the door knob hoping it will budge since the door was too old. But it didn't. So I sigh and step forward still looking at the door. I was about to break the door when someone came in to the library which makes me immediately stop.

"Nai, what are you doing here?"

Asking the intruder I grab the broom and pretend to sweep the floor.

"I wanted to help"

"I clearly don't need it"

Certainly I don't! I was about to know what the inside if that door not until she came.

"It's not fair, the both of us should be taking the punishment. Even though you punch the bitch she still insulted us. I wanted to help"

"Just go mind your own business"

She didn't listen to me and she grab the dust brush and started to remove dust and cobwebs to some of the books.

"Well, I insist"

Further, I didn't argue. There's no point anyway.

After a very long hours I love down on the clean floor breathing heavily. Finally it's all done. The books are clean the curtains are clean too. Even the floor was shiny and so is the windows.

I stretch my whole body knowing that I've been cleaning since noon. Looking at the big clock it's already 4 and I still have time to take a bath. Sniffing my clothes, I winch. I really need a bath since I didn't have the chance yesterday.

"Oh, my whole body was cracked up"

Nai groan stretching her arms. We disposed the garbage and put the cleaning equipments back to where they belong.

After that, both Nai and I went out the library. While walking back to our dorms she suddenly says.

"I really don't think that the King died in an illness"

I look at her with a questioning look.

"You see, it's all sudden when that happen. The whole town just got the new that the King died, it's fishy don't you think?"

"I don't know, I haven't really heard the whole news about the death of the King"

"That's exactly the point!"

She burt.

"Everybody doesn't know the whole story of how the King died. He just suddenly........died"

Now that she mentioned it. I'm now curious about the past.

"Could you tell me how did you get the news?"

She nods and look forward.

"It was a festival week. The whole Kingdom was at the peck of happiness, the King visited the town uniting with his people. There was a lot of noble and royalty guest. Passing through the gate everything was ok. Not until two days later the news spread that the King died. The whole Kingdom became chaotic we didn't know who will be our new ruler. The attendant votes for Lord Ti Yu but suddenly a woman claims to be the King's secret wife. And that is the former Queen, Queen Genla together with her daughter. I didn't exactly know what happen, why didn't Lord Ti Yu protest about the sudden change of ruler. But that's the only thing I knew"
