( The Truth )

Lord Ti Yu led me to his office. It's my first time in the east wing since where not allowed to leave the west wing. We walk passed through a beautiful garden then later on we stop to a big golden door. This must be his office.

"Please come in"

I did what I was told. Lord Ti Yu with his noble dress and a very fancy room, I'm sure no place in here. Looking at my messy hair and my shabby clothes. How pity.

He told me to sit on the chair opposite to his office chair. While he enter some other room.

I roam my eyes inside the office. All of the things inside was very expensive. If I were in a normal days I'd be putting all this in my bag and ran away.

Minute later Lord Ti Yu came back with a tray in his hand. He put it in the table. He surely is still healthy even in his age.

He pour me a coffee and he poured himself. I don't drink coffee and mostly I won't drink on a very expensive cup. It doesn't suit me.

I might steal some kind like this in the past but I never use them. After stealing I immediately trade them into a money or a weapon that I could use.

I watch the smoke coming out from the hot coffee inside the cup. Then Lord Ti Yu spoke up first.

"May I see it?"

He ask referring to the necklace. I unclog it at the back of my neck and gave it to him. He carefully examine it.

"No doubt, this is the King's Raikan Necklace"

"Pardon me my Lord, but what is a Raikan Necklace?"

Wow, bow down to my well mannered sentence that I never use it before until now.

"Gia Pánta means Forever, it's another language...greek"

He got caught off for a minute and look at me dead serious.

"Where did you get this?"

I'm expecting this, the only part I'm troubled with is that he won't believe whatever I'll told him and get the necklace away from me and send me to dungeon or kill me for stealing it.

But I guess there is no point in lying now. Instead I told him the truth. Besides this is why I came here right? Even though I'm scared from the whole truth.

"It was my mother. It actually belongs to her. She always wears it but then suddenly a soldier in my home Kingdom burned our town down, I couldn't save her for I am just a kid back then. I did escape but she didn't"

I stop for a while, to composed myself. I feel the tears at the back of my eye. Nobody see me cry before and I won't let it now. Instead i bent my head down.

"She died along with the people in my town, the houses where gone ashes but luckily I found this necklace near our burn house. And form that day on I didn't take it off."

I can tell he was in a deep thought, like he was going back from the past. I didn't know if he was listening to me.

"My Lord?"

He snapped out and look at me.

"Where do you came from?"

"The Kingdom of Fa Tan my Lord"

"A kingdom ruled by Xhu Ban, the most rebel Emperor"

I look at him confused.

"Do you know our King?"

Lord Ti Yu stand up and walk towards a large window.

"Everyone knows him. He didn't only destroy one but many towns. And now I'm sure he was planning on destroying Kingdoms. We feared him, but I knew that's the wrong thing to do"

He look at me.

"Come with me"

He led me to a very deep down underground of the palace. He grab the torch as we go further. The whole place was dark thankfully the torch is helping.

"Where are we going?"

"This is the only path that leads to the underground training ground"

A training ground? This far below? Why there's such place inside this palace.

After minute of walking we reach a lock door. Lord Ti Yu made me hold the torch as he open the metal door.

It open but my face winch as another door came face us. He unlock it and it open then there's another, just how many doors this have?. After opening the three metal door Lord Ti Yu open the cell bar door.

I hear groans and shout. Lord Ti Yu grave the torch from me as I ran towars the edge. Below is a big training ground with lots of metal, bars, and everything that needed to be used in a war. There are a lot of men are training.

"This training ground is a history from everyone but not in this brave mans who came here to train for the upcoming war"

"There is a war going on?"

He put the unlit torch and we walk down a stair.

"I'm not sure about it yet, but I've heard the Queen talk about it with a man that I don't know. I only heard the part where Queen Genla said 'I can't wait for this war'"

Remembering from the topic I had with Nai last day. I face him.

"My Lord, if you didn't mind I like to know what happen on the King's death day"

He immediately hush me. I knew it, he knew something that others don't. I'm sure he won't tell me. But I'll find a way.
