"Akina, why are you here"

Bora ask as I enter the kitchen. She was making soup.

"I'm hungry"

"Then you should eat, there's a food in that cabinet pick some"

I'm just happy that Bora didn't act strangely towards me after I tell her about me being the King's daughter. Well yeah, she was overly shock at first but then she told me that acting awkward towards each other is not good. I laugh to that.

"What's that?"

She put a bit salt in it before answering my question.

"For the Highnesses, gonna make it fast. The Queen demands supper at 6 and its 4 already and I still need to go to the town to get some Ginger powder"

As much as I wanted to help her, I have cases I need to investigate here. I told her I can't come.

"It's fine, now have a taste of this"

She handed me a spoon of soup, I took it and savour the taste. It's so creamy, never in my life have a food like this. It's making me literally hungry now.

"So? How is it?"

"It's delicious"

She smiled after hearing my answer that makes her satisfied in her works. She let it boil for a minute as she wash her hand and take her apron off.

"I really need to go now, grab some food and please turn the gasoline off when you're done"

"Don't worry"

After that she was gone. Grabbing a cheese, bread and a cup of water. I head out the kitchen but before that I didn't forget to turn the gasoline off. Maybe I'll tall to Lord Ti Yu about this tomorrow.

Coming back from my room, Phai was combing her hair with the luxurious comb, now she will think this is too much for me.

"I bought food, you should eat"

"Thank you"

She grabs the bread and plop on my bed like she owns it. I don't want to say this but it kind of irritates me a little. I don't know why. I out the tray at the table.

"So, did you find out something about the necklace?"

I glance at her for such notice and look at the window. It's starting to rain again.

"No, not yet. But for some time I'd be working here"

I lied again. I feel bad a little about lying to her but for some reason, I don't want to tell her anything. And beside its look like she knew nothing about the late King.

The time went by as the night comes and the both of us lie down to get some sleep. I don't wanna sleep, I was just pretending. She might take action now, i won't miss it.

After minutes of waiting my prediction was correct she slowly stood up and leave the room. I grab my kodachi and tail her. What is he up to now? In the middle of night.

She was heading to the west wing where the guest on the other night was being put up to. What is she doing here. I hide in the dark corridor as she stop and look around, she didn't seem to notice me. She turn to the other hallway where there is a dead end.

Their I notice she wasn't alone. King Xhu Ban. What's going on? Does he know her?
