Third Person's POV
Vanafa enter the realm from the past, where everything is much more older than the present. Where dinosaur, witches, fairies, mermaids and all Greek and myths are still roaming the earth.
She already saw this situation in her dreams, hundreds of times. She's a witch, the last witch in Jen Chi.
She don't want to do it, but its what's written on her book of life. She must help this certain person in order to save the world they lived on.
And that's Akina, the one and only protector of the land.
Vanafa scan her surroundings, everything is full and wary. She entered the time when Kysor the owner of the Kabranan sword has already died.
The legend was, Kysor was the King of seven Kingdoms. He was a true hero, but darkness try to still his throne so in order to save his people, he fight even sacrificing his life.
He ended the battle he thought it was the last battle. But he thought wrong, Kysor never knew that the last battle will be ended when the world keeps its rotation and land to a new generations.
Where a new hero was born, and a new legend will be form.
Vanafa saw everything in her dreams, it's a perk for being the last witch in Jen Chi.
And now, in order to finish it all. She must help.
According to legend, after Kysor died his sword was placed in a deep cave. Not just any cave, it was the entrance to enter the door from hell.
And Vanafa was now standing just outside the cave where the sword is located. It says, when the owner of the sword dies, it will come back from where it truly belongs.
That's what the older witches says, they made it for one truly hero, and cannot be placed in a wrong hand. To protect the sword, the older witches made the magic to retrieve it to a place where only a true hero can come.
Akina can't, she's a mortal. While Kysor was born with a half blood. So Vanafa volunteered herself for this task. Even risking her life.
"Lord of the sun, give me light to roam the deepest pit of this cave"
Vanafa murmured. Then a ball shining so brightly float at her side. She enter the cave with the help of the light to know where she was going.
She hold her wand tightly, making sure she was ready when danger comes to her. Because she knows she can't avoid it here. The moment she enters the past, darkness come seeking for her.
Its forbidden, even you're a goddess yourself you cannot travel through the past unless you are the God of time.
Vanafa use her power opening the portal, which she mastered all years of her life.
She walks through the dark cave. When she hears a noise, her instinct tells her to turn around. She turn around and released her magic.
An ogre fell down on the ground vanishing, the danger has only begun.
The path leads her to a dead end. Which is not.
"The path was probably block out"
She put her palms at the wall and her hand shines. She murmured spells that could break through a wall, and the wall disappears.
Revealing a big cave with lava flowing like a waterfall, and a lake of lava. She is near, the sword shines bright at the distance, its across the rock bridge.
She was about to walk through it when monsters appeared from every wall. Vanafa hissed, she was out numbered. There's too many of them.
This monsters are the keeper of this place, and anyone dare to enter must not come out alive.
"I won't die today!"
She shouted and fight with the monsters, each time she yelled a power many monsters died, and her power is reaching its limits.
"This won't do, there's too many of them"
Monsters keep appearing on every walls, a monster was running towards her, Vanafa quickly yelled her hand and a sword appeared, stabbing the monster.
A big ogre slam her to the ground, Vanafa groaned. With all her might she stood up.
"Alakwest!"
She yelled her wand creating a large sandstorm making the big ogre flew to the lava waterfalls. And Vanafa knew it was a wrong move, the cave rumbles and the lava rises, making a big wave through the bridge.
"Damn it!"
She quickly run through the bridge the cave rumbles making the bridge collapse when she step on it.
Looking at the lava coming through the bridge she quickly run, just a mile away, she feel the hotness of the lava burning her skin. She jump the at the other side, making a bad impact at her body. It ache and she was draining in tiredness.
She use to much power, but she stood up walking towards the sword. Even though she had a very little magic in her she hold the sword. She can't pull it, but she uses all her remaining power.
A light glows around her body, and she muttered words. And for the final word to get it.
"Lord of darkness and heaven, to end Kysor's unfinished battle yelled this sword to me!"
Her remaining power shines the whole cave, everything is in chaos, the whole cave is going go collapse.
She pulled the sword with all her might, her necklace glows signaling that the time she had in the past is almost done. She needs to get out before it stops glowung or she will be stuck in the past.
"COME ON!"
After pulling the sword harder with her remaining strength and power, she pulled it and immediately she muttered the spell of the portal before her power disappears, creating a portal back to the present.
After giving the sword to Akina, Vanafa lays on the ground. She thought this was the her last moment before death.
"Its ok, I did what I needed to do, my business in this world is finished"
The moment she thought her life will be over, she feel a strange feeling flowing through her body.
"What's happening?"
"Your business is not yet finish Vanafa, you still had many quest left."
A voice echoed through her ears, her eyes becomes teary. The God of wizardry had given her a chance.
"Guess I still had works to do"
