Idk if any of you would have the patience to wait that long for an ending lmao and idk if any of you noticed but I changed the title so the story will have a different ending from what I originally planned
Idk what do you guys think? I'd like to hear your thoughts on this rlly
ALSO I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO THIS SONG AND IDK WHY BUT IT MAKES ME THINK OF NIJIRO AND SHOUKO.
It's Hey Stupid, I Love You - JP Saxe
Have you heard of it? Yes? No? You don't think it fits them? Oh, okay.

It's been more than a week since they got together but it already felt like years.
Nijiro got busier after that day and they barely spoke, him only sending a few voice messages here and there and her only sending him hearts.
It kind of bothered him since he thought she would respond differently now that they were actually together. He thought about opening it up to her during their late night phone calls but he would always forget right after hearing her voice.
Nijiro wasn't the only one busy, Shouko was pretty much loaded with activities at school too that required after school attention. She was chosen to play one of the leading roles in a play as well as Haru. The two were obviously ecstatic about it.
When they were on a dress rehearsal, the two decided to take a photo together and Shouko posted it on Instagram.
They had so much fun during the rehearsal that Shouko didn't even notice her phone ringing. As she was on her way back home with Haru walking with her, she got out her phone and saw the missed calls from Nijiro.
"Shouko."
At the sound of Nijiro's voice, she looked up and realized they were already outside her place. Nijiro had a look on his face that made her think she was in trouble but she didn't even know what she had done wrong.
Beside her, Haru looked him up and down. It was the first time he was seeing the guy in the flesh and his opinion didn't change that she should have stayed with Kento. Haru didn't really like the look Nijiro gave him.
"Oh, Haru, thanks for walking me home again. I'll see you tomorrow!" Shouko waved at him before going over to Nijiro's side.
Haru just gave her a nod and looked back at Nijiro again before turning around to leave. He wasn't sure if Shouko told Nijiro about him but it wasn't that important. He knew her way longer than he does and he knew her better.
"What are you doing here?" Shouko asked with a light chuckle, trying to make the air a little lighter.
"Who was that guy?" Nijiro asked, his voice a little strained. He didn't want to seem possessive but he didn't like how she was so close with another guy when she was already dating him.
"That was Haru, he's kind of my best friend. Well, he's like my only friend." Shouko shrugged like it wasn't a big deal. It really wasn't a big deal for her but to him it was. "Haven't I mentioned him before?"
"No, you haven't."
There was a moment of silence as Shouko slowly nodded at his answer. She couldn't remember if she ever mentioned Haru to him or not but at least he knew about him now.
