Lorne looked around to see where he was
The backroom of someplace he didn't recognize
Uno Zabba watched him and smiled
"If I tell you where we are, it'll be a surprise."

"Already had one of those, thanks to you.
I know we're in town, just not sure where."
"It's the back of your famous library,
Mr. Lorne Order, Mayor."

"The library! What have you done with Miss Folio?"
"Oh, she's fine. She agreed to understand the cost."
"You'd better not hurt that woman, Zabba."
"Just you do as you're told, Mr. Mayor - or all is lost."

Lorne asked again what he was supposed to do.
Zabba leaned close and sneered, a dangerous icy stare
"I want you to resign your post, my friend
and announce me as BG's new mayor."

"Mayor's are elected, not appointed
I'm not an emperor you know.
This place has been nothin' but a nightmare
so what do I careif you run the show."
"But if you plan to run this city
you're going to have to go
and get yourself hired for the job
This town ain't going to acceptjust any old slob. "
"What do you want with BG anyway?
What gold we had was carted away?
It's a town full of troubles,
folks out of workliving in slums,
becoming drunkin' bums."
The laws all over the place,
one got shot, the other went on some horse race.
I don't know what the Sheriff is up to
But I imagine it's has something to do
with tracking down Caroline Grace.

Lorne hoped like most evil men
Zabba had a plan he was dying to tell
of how he's going to bring them all some hell.
He knew he has a connection to Solomon Ray
but what's that got to do with today
Were they related? Did he want revenge?
Or was there some other reason he wished to avenge?
Since he knew Zabba needed him
Lorne knew he had time
If he convinced him to run for Mayor
He would happily resign.
It'll give him the perfect excuse
to put on his star, take up his guns
And show this whelp
how the west was won.
