-- C H A P T E R
T H I R T Y - T W O --While we stumbled into the hotel room, Freddie kicked the door behind us; holding his weight up by placing his elbow on the wall next to the room's light switch and the door. I turned around, sat on the bed, and watched him smile like a child on Christmas morning.
"Did you have a good time tonight?" I slurred. My vision appeared to be a bit dream like, so to speak. I wasn't fond of drinking, but like I'd said before: I felt a bit daring. And whenever I was with Freddie, I felt free.
"Did I have a good time?" Freddie replied back, nearly slipping to the floor. "I should be asking you that," he sits on the bench that's across from the bed. It was one of those cushioned benches you see on HGTV. "I know I was an arse earlier."
I swung my feet slightly back and forth. I tried to refrain from asking him why he acted like an ass one minute, the next like a complete gentleman. That was one thing I didn't understand about him.
"Sometimes..." he continued. "the only way I can refrain myself from fucking your brains out, even in public, is by acting obnoxious." He looks at me, then. His eyes dark. "You do something to me, Amanda."
There it was again. That phrase.
"You do something to me, too," I admit. Maybe it was the wine, but I felt comfortable confessing this. "I don't know... It's not your money that draws me. It's your nature... Your mysteriousness... I don't know. It just... draws me."
Freddie scoffs, shaking his head. "I don't deserve you." He says. "I'm sorry, I know I have no right to say what I'm saying."
"Well, I am your girlfriend," I smirk. "at least, that's what the receptionist knows what I am to you."
"What are we, Ms. Helgard?" Freddie asks.
I purse my lips. "I think we can go with being boyfriend and girlfriend. If... that's what you're comfortable with, that is."
"To be blunt, Amanda," he starts, "I don't feel comfortable being a boyfriend. In truth, I'm thinking that, until you are ready to seal the deal on the contract, I'd rather have you as company."
As hurtful as it sounded, I could understand what Freddie was saying. At least he was being considerate this time.
I nod. "I understand."
An awkward silence lingers in the air. Until, finally, Freddie clears his throat to speak.
"I probably should get going now," he says suddenly. "I need to sleep off my hangover."
He gets up from his seat and staggers to the door. He turns his head to face me one more time. "I'll text you in the morning to check in with you."
"Okay," I reply. "I'll see you later."
He opens the door and exits the room; leaving me to fall back on the bed and daydream about tonight's event, and about Freddie.
This man, whom I've become infatuated with, has become a part of my thought process. As I lied in bed, I wondered why he felt the need to leave so abruptly.
Couldn't he at least leave me one last kiss to hold me over until our lips met again?

"You bitch!'
"Hi, Jade," I chuckle the next morning. I woke up to the sound of my phone vibrating. To my surprise, it was Jade texting me; asking me where I was. "how's Eric?" I smirk.
I told her that Freddie had booked me a room for a few nights, and now we are on the phone.
"Who cares!" She replied back. "what I want to know is: Did you sleep with him?"
"No," I said simply. "just drank some wine and danced and a little. Nothing big."
"If I wasn't getting married to Eric," Jade continuee. "I'd be on Freddie all night long! Getting a good feel of his long, ha --"
"-- What are you eating for breakfast?" I ask, cutting her off from her sexual comment. Hearing her say these things about Freddie kind of make me feel uncomfortable for some reason.
"Nothing yet." Jade replied. "Before Eric left, we had another round after we got done at six in the morning. Man, that guy can fuck!"
"Ew," I said. "I don't want to hear about that first thing at 9:00a.m."
"Too bad," Jade said. "you're gonna." A slight pause was made, until finally, she spoke. "so, what are you going to do about the whole Freddie contract thing?"
"Well, we got to talking last night," I started. "and, honestly, I'm thinking that it could work."
"So, what're you saying?" Jade asked.
"I'm saying," I continue. "I think I'm going to go ahead and pursue the contract."

Author's Note:
Like I'd said before, this story isn't exactly accurate to the BDSM arrangements that actually exist. In a real dom and sub relationship, a contract is already in place because that's what both parties agree to. Other times, both parties discuss what can be in the contract. Rules, rewards, punishments, stipulations, etc.
I will do my best to make this segment of the story as accurate as possible.
Question for you all to answer: Since this is a Daddy Dom/ little girl story, would you like to see Amanda go into her little space? The words might not be written in a toddler format, but, you'll see the childlike persona that comes with her little space.
