The holiday passed, as cheerful as can be in an incomplete and broken family. Draco and Severus returned back to Hogwarts, intent on gathering all the information they could on their daughters.

Upon entering the Slytherin Common Room, I immediately began searching for Theo. I spotted him sitting alone on the couch, facing the fire, back away from the entrance. Walking up to him, I sat across from him, gaining his attention. He quickly looked away from the fire, glancing down at his feet.

"Theo, are you alright? What happened over break? I thought you were going to relax." I stated, leaning on my knees. He refused to answer me, or even look at me. Growling, I stood up, taking his face in my hand and forcing him to look at me.

Bruises scattered his face and collar, clearly traveling further down his body. His right eye was swollen as were his nose and lips, which looked to be broken.

"Theo, what happened?" I questioned, letting go of the harsh grip to hold his face softer. He looked away, not meeting my eyes.

"My father, he knew about my mission and didn't want me home. When I stepped out of the floo, he hit me." Theo whispered, tears slipping out of his swollen eye. I gently wiped them away, pulling him into a hug.

"I'm sorry. That wasn't meant to happen. Go rest, I'll get Severus." I muttered, tightening the embrace as my shirt dampened with his tears. He nodded, sniffling, and walked up to his room, wiping his eyes.

Fuming, I headed to Sev's office. Throwing open the door, I saw him jump ever so slightly at my demeanor. Marching over to his desk, I ignored his questions and threw open the top drawer, pulling out the two-way mirror.

"TOM~" I growled, calling into the mirror. I fumed silently as Sev locked the door and wrapped his arm around me. Tom picked up shortly after, confused.

"Draco, what's wrong?" He questioned.

"Thadeus Nott is abusing Theo~" I hissed out angrily.

"WHAT!"
