Chapter 33

I looked at Dray who just shrugged and stood up. We followed behind Sev until we reached his office.

I closed the door behind us before looking at Sev, "Yes?". He smiled, "First, tell me how it went.". Me and Dray explained the ceremony and about my new wand. As I finished talking Sev's eyes were wide with shock. When he recovered from shock he smiled, "That's so good Harry. Maybe you'll be able to win this tournament.". I smiled and hugged him, Thank you Sev." I whispered into his neck. He held me tightly and nodded, "Your welcome." He whispered into my hair.

I pulled back, "And second?". He sighed, running a hand through his hair. He spoke, "We have to tell Tom, he is getting agitated not having you there Harry.". Nodding I stood up, "Let's go now.". He nodded and pulled Dray up. We walked over to the floo and just before we went to go I remembered I needed to get my wand. "WAIT!!!" I yelled. Sev looked at me confused, "What's wrong Harry?". I walked out of the floo, "I need to go get my wand.". He nodded, I ran out of his office to go get my wand from Mr Ollivander. I thanked him before running back to Sev's office. "Ready." I said.

Sev threw the powder and we were swept from the school. Landing in Merlin Manor, we stepped out. I heard a large crash. Going behind Sev I looked around his side. I saw Tom running into the room, so I came out from behind Sev. Tom's eyes locked on me, he immediately pulled me into a hug. "I missed you so much Harry. Why haven't you been mirroring me?" He asked. Sighing I spoke, "There are somethings we need to tell you that we couldn't have said over mirror.".

He pulled me into the couch, sitting on his lap and nuzzled my neck before speaking, "What did you need to tell me?". I sighed and pulled out my wand, "First, I got a new wand. I won't tell you how right now but I did. It's bloodwood, basilisk venom, willing dark unicorn blood, horned serpent horn, dementor's cloak, and dark phoenix feather. According to Mr Ollivander it is more powerful than the Elder Wand.". He took hold of my wand and examined it closely. He nodded and spoke, "Yes, this is a VERY powerful wand. What was the second piece of information you needed to tell me?".

I sighed, "You know this year is the tri-wizard tournament, right?". He nodded. I mumbled, "I'm a champion.". His brows furrowed, "I'm sorry Harry I didn't understand you.". Talking a little above a whisper I spoke again, "I'm a champion.". His grip on me tightened and I felt the anger radiating off of him. I spoke again, "It's Dumbledore's fault. He put me in the tournament.". I felt the anger grow so I on instinct shrank down trying not to be punished. His anger didn't change but he spoke in a soft tone, "I'm sorry Harry, I am going to kill that son of a bitch with my bare hands. I won't even need a wand.".

I nodded and began snuggling into his side, nuzzling his neck trying to calm him down. After a while, his anger went down a bit but he was still extremely angry. I stood up and went back over to Sev and Dray, "We have to go so Dumbles doesn't notice our absence. From now on I promise I will call you every night to talk to you.". He nodded before standing and pulling us all into a large hug, "I'll talk to you soon.". We nodded and went over to my floo. Sev threw the powder again and we landed back in his office.

When we landed I erased the address we floo'd to and from. I felt Dray tap me on the shoulder to see Dumbles standing there behind me. Sev spoke, "Professor Dumbledore, what brings you here?". He glared at me before turning to Sev, "Well, I came here to tell you about the first task, but you weren't here. Now, what was a Professor doing off school grounds with two students?". I looked at Sev before speaking, "Me and Draco came here to talk to Professor Snape about a potions assignment when he said he needed to go collect place an order for more potions ingredients so I asked if we could come with him and he agreed.". Sev and Dray looked shocked before quickly covering it up so Dumbles didn't see. Dumbles glared at me before nodding, "Let's not make a hobby of this.". We nodded and he left. Dray and I quickly went back to our dorm to get in a good night's sleep before classes the next morning.
