Part 38

"Please welcome the world's biggest boyband, One Direction!!!!" James Corden announced as I watched the boys one by one appearing in the frame and greeting James from my TV.  It's been 3 days since their last performance of their reunion tour. The short film was released the next day like decided and the boys loved it. It was a surprise to them and since we were all at my place, passed out. So, we had woken up late with all our phones vibrating and ringing like crazy. Everyone was confused except Rachel, Lou and  Lottie. They had checked their social media and read the comments about the film posted on their youtube channel. Their Twitter was hanging due to continuous mentions, retweets and tweets. It was like when they had announced they were coming back together. 

When they asked me, I smiled and asked them to their youtube channel. So, Harry played the video from his phone and the rest four surrounded him, while the girls and I were watching from my phone. 

From the corner of my eyes, I was watching their reactions. Scott and the team had secretly taken some great behind the scenes clips throughout the tour and in the end, we got as many clips as possible with Zayn. We included all the fan projects and got some fans to speak about them, who couldn't attend the shows. They had a wide smile throughout the entire 15 mins, laughing in between and shaking their head at themselves. The video emotionally ended with their last performance and every moment of all 5 of them spent together on stage with the fans.

Once it was over, I texted Scott personally and in the group that I was in with his team,  wishing them congratulations. It took time and changing minds about each clip to make sure it's perfect. I read all the comments on all social media platform and literally, each one of them loved it so much. 

Though the fans were a little confused with Zayn's return. That's the reason why they are going to James Corden's show as a last public appearance as a group of 5 and to make some announcements.  

All of them had taken a collective decision of what they were going to do next so they had booked both Zach Sang Show and James Corden. Even though, Zyan will only be there in the interview with James Corden. 

I was at home alone while Rachel, Lou and Lottie were with One Direction. 

"It's so nice to see all five of you together in this show after so long." James with a genuine smile and they respond with a smile back as the audience breaks out in a loud cheer and applause.

"Your tour is officially over and it was a big smash, filled with a lot of surprises. Trust me, I am going to need another 5 years to process everything. Seeing Zayn, your new song release, every concert of the tour... How many people are you trying to kill boys?" He asked jokingly as everyone in the room starts laughing. Harry coughs and covers his mouth. 

"It just happened, we didn't plan much too. It was the team, definitely the entire team. They worked so hard for this tour to be a success, which it was." Liam answers and the other nod in agreement. 

"So, Zayn I would like to know how and when you decided to give us a big surprise," James asks Zayn, who sits straight.

"Well, to be honest, this decision I took was an on the spot one. Infact, it was a shock for these boys also. We had spoken once I heard they were coming back together but I have been feeling since I left the band that I didn't own a good note and needed to be with them for the last time as a closure, no bad blood, just how it was when we formed as a band." He replies with a small smile. The audience was quiet, listening keenly. 

" I needed to make things right with them... I mean we all know how some things were awkward between us. I finally had a conversation with all of them, that we all needed. That's when I realised how meeting them and being on the stage together was something that I missed so much and needed too." Zayn continued.
