*NAZLI*

I should've been prepared when Ferit said 'finishing touches' because the restaurant wasn't the same anymore. Workers were pouring in and out. Ferit had found a handful of young chefs and waiters who were well aware of their job. Even I got busier that week, hunting for the cold storage stocks, farms, honey, other groceries etc.

Ferit would come by the restaurant nearly every night to check our progress and Deniz would spend the entire day helping me with Asuman. Even Fatosh helped us on her holidays, her job at the modelling house was hectic but she loved it a lot. Asuman was the hardest to manage though. She was on her winter break now which was like a warrant for her to loaf around all day. Of course I wouldn't allow it, I pulled her with me ignoring her countless protests.

"Sis it's really late. Let's go home already" Asuman groaned. She had barely done any chores, "It's too early Asuman. We need to open tomorrow for your information" I replied. "Exactly, so the master chef wants everything to be perfect" Deniz told her. "Thank you Deniz. Learn something from him Asuman, he works more than you and doesn't ever complain" I grimaced at her. "Of course... I mean, what's there to complain when I'm working with you" His eyes were fixed on my face.

Whenever Deniz said such things, I felt deeply uncomfortable but I tried my best to not show it. He has been doing this for a long time now, but his intentions were probably friendly...

"Where's Eniste?" Asuman turned to me, "He didn't pick up when I called him... Must be in a meeting" I sighed. "I'm not surprised. Ferit can never be separated from his company" Deniz and Asuman chuckled.

"Well, not always" My fiance entered through the door. "Eniste!" Asuman beamed at him, "How are you Asuman? And Deniz... You're here too..." He turned to him, "Yeah. It's Nazli's big day tomorrow. We need to support her" Deniz grinned brightly at me, "Weren't you in a meeting by the way?" "I have other priorities now" Ferit gazed at me and I felt my heart beat louder as he pulled me in an embrace.

He took a deep breath, squeezing me tightly. His manly scent and strong arms were too loving tonight, I liked it. He wasn't usually this affectionate... I wondered what happened, but I reciprocated in the best way possible. I didn't want this moment to end.

"What all did you do today, honey?" He left a soft caress on my face sending sparks through my entire body. "Cleaning... Final touches... Other stuff..." I replied, still dazed by him. Asuman cleared her throat and we turned towards her, "Now that Eniste is here, I'll go home. Come on Deniz" "But I can stay and help a little longer" Deniz protested. "It's alright, I'll help her" Ferit turned to me. Something was definitely up with him.

"See? They got it covered, come on now" She pulled Deniz outside with her. "But Asu-" "See you at home sis! Love ya!" That brat blew me a kiss, "I'll make sure that she gets home" "Thanks Deniz" I replied as they disappeared down the road.

"Why does he come here every night Nazli?" Ferit frowned at me, "And I was wondering where the annoying Mr.Aslan was" I clapped sarcastically. "You'll be Mrs.Aslan in less than two weeks you know" He chuckled. He wasn't wrong... Our wedding was less than two weeks away. Couldn't I just dump him after I open my restaurant? Nah... That would be too cruel... I do want to marry him... No, I don't... But... "Ugh" I grumbled under my breath as Ferit took off his coat and left the top part of his shirt unbuttoned. Could he get any more beautiful?

"Why don't you take a break already" Ferit smiled at me, "Out of all the people in the world you are telling me that" I chuckled. "That is because we are going out to dinner" His charming smile made my heart flutter. I stared at him to find a warm glint in his eyes, "You're kidding right?" "You think?" He crossed his arms and leaned towards the wall in the sexiest way possible. "I cannot because... I still have a lot of work to do" I replied hurriedly and continued wiping the shelves.
