25: Hidden In The Sand

"Thank you" I mumbled in the crook of Ranboo's neck. He hugged me tighter.

"No problem." He said muffled nuzzling his face in my hair, his hot breath soothed me.

"Can I repay you somehow in the future?" I said lifting my head, Ranboo shook his head in disagreement.

"No, it's a gift. You don't have to repay me in anyway. You are already all I need." Ranboo said sweetly, my heart melted and face flushed bright red. Ranboo chuckled and kissed my nose.

"You want me to show you how to start streaming? I mean we will have to stream one day." Ranboo said jokingly, I laughed and nodded.

I slowly got off ranboos lap and went to chrome and typed in. Twitch.com.

I opened it and logged in to my account. After that Ranboo took a hold of the pc and started to set up a software called obs.

I was very confused on what anything Ranboo was showing me, but I tried my best to keep up. Ranboo adjusted the mic, set up the stream software, and installed a couple of things. As well as something called "optifine" wasn't sure what it was but it sounded cool.

After Ranboo finished that we sat down and tested out the stream. And it ran very smoothly.

We quickly stopped streaming and sighed in victory. We had been setting up the damn pc for about 4 hours now.

You could bet both me and Ranboo were mentally exhausted.

I plopped on my bed without a care in the world, and closing my eyes shut to rest my eyes.

Ranboo did the same, he plopped down next to me. I turned towards him and wrapped my arms around him.

Ranboo laughed and kissed my cheek. I chuckled and pulled out my phone.

"Want to listen?" I asked pulling out my headphones from my pocket. (Obviously the wired apple ones) Ranboo nodded and accepted the earbud I handed him.

I flipped through my Spotify playlist, and found one of my favorite songs.

"Hidden in the sand" by Tally Hill.

We were playing in the sand....

The song softly sang, Ranboo grabbed my hand and intertwined his hand with mine.

And you found a little band.....

I blushed and squeezed his hand. It was soft and it felt warm. I worried my hand would get sweaty.

You told me you fell in love with it....

I wrapped my arm around Ranboo and pulled him in close to my body.

It hadn't gone as I planned....

I closed my eyes in Ranboo's embrace. I felt safe, and all my complications slowly drifted off out of my mind.

When you had to bid adieu....

Said you'd never love anew....

I wondered if I could hold it....

And fall in love with it too....

You told me to buy a pony, but all I wanted was you....

Because I had Ranboo, and that's all I needed.

After a while of both me and Ranboo cuddling to my playlist we separated and decided to go out for something.

We really didn't think this though, but we were a bunch of teens with free time.

"So what you in the mood for?" Asked Ranboo fixing his disheveled hair. I thought to my self.

"The swatmeet is open right now, if we go now we could find some good stuff." I said, Ranboo looked at me confused.

"What's a swatmeet?" He asked innocently, I face palmed to myself.

"Oh shit sorry, forgot you were American. A flee market, but add Mexican to it." I said, Ranboo laughed.

"Oh ok. I think I understand." Ranboo said still chuckling to himself, I grinned and grabbed Ranboo's hand.

"You ready? There's one like 10 minutes away. And that with driving, so you know what that means!!" I said with a stupid grin on my face, Ranboo's face frowned.

"Please don't say we are riding a birdie again?" Asked Ranboo, I nodded proudly.

"YUP!!!" I said smiling, Ranboo sighed bad followed me out the door.

We walked down and it didn't take long for us to see a couple of birdies. We tapped out cards and drove off.

"Why are you so reckless?" Asked Ranboo looking like he was about to throw up. I laughed.

"Don't be such a big baby, why are you so careful?" I said, Ranboo nodded in fairness.

"You got me there." He said laughed, I rolled my eyes trying to hold back a smile.

I grabbed his hand and we walked up the ticket booth to get in.

"Hola." (Hi) I said to the ticket booth lady, she smiled quickly and handed me two tickets.

"Tres dollares, por favor." (3$ please) She said, I nodded and grabbed the cash from my pocket.

She took the bills and waved at us as we walked towards the entrance. I handed the tickets to a guy who ripped them and allowed us in.

"Woah, how much fruit can one person sell?" Asked Ranboo marveling at a fruit stand, they sold dragon fruit, mangos, nuts, pomegranates, and more. I laughed at Ranboo's statement.

"Do you want to get ice cream?" I asked pointing to a cart, on the sides were pictures of raspadoes and elote. (Ice cream and corn)

Ranboo nodded, I walked over to the booth and ordered us both lemon shaved ice cream. I handed Ranboo his.

"This is good? It's like shaved ice, but it's soft at the same time." He said shoving a spoon in his mouth. I laughed at Ranboo's lack of knowledge on Mexican culture.

"Want to visit some more booths, you can find some really good candy. Or better sometimes cheap clothes and gadgets." I said. Ranboo nodded and happily followed me with his Raspado.

I laughed at how marveled he was at all the bright colors and new types of items.

Ranboo looked back at me and I noticed his ice cream was completely gone.

"Someone enjoyed that."
