"Oh, yeah so my names Ranboo. I don't know why I specified that. Umm." Ranboo stumbled on his words. Which was cute and made me giggle a bit. "My favorite color is black and white. I love gaming and lemon demon." I gasped at the last one.
"Lemon demon??" I asked trying to recall what he said.
"Yeah, do you listen to them too?" He asked. I nodded.
"Of course they are amazing. My favorite song is The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny," I said. Ranboo gasped.
"Same I know it by heart." He said laughing.
"Yeah I need a life." Ranboo followed with. I chuckled.
"Same, no life pog?" I said.
"Wait you watch twitch?" He asked. I nodded.
"Yeah it's pretty cool, but I don't watch many people." I said. Ranboo raised an eyebrow.
"Cool, which streamers do you watch?" He asked. I took a minute to think of some.
"I watch a lot of art streamers, not much gaming. Maybe Snifferish, but I barely ever really make any streams." I said, the waitress slowly started to walk over with a white apron and a tab to take our order.
"Hi how may I take you order?" The lady asked sweetly.
"Oh umm, can we have a couple more minutes?" I asked, I had completely forgotten to ask Ranboo what we were going to order. But luckily the waitress politely nodded and walked over to a different table.
"Yeah we should order. What do you recommend?" Ranboo asked now making eye contact with me. I stumbled on my words.
"I- I, oh they have boba." I said nervously, I don't know why but my stomach fluttered and I could feel my heart puns against my chest.
"Oh boba sounds good." Said Ranboo. I managed to collect myself.
"You should try the matcha green tea boba, it's really good. Or if you want something more classic you can just get a milk tea boba." I said. Ranboo nodded.
"Just get me what you think I'll like." He said. I nodded.
The waitress came over, I politely ordered one matcha green tea boba, and a strawberry lemonade slushee with boba.
It didn't take long for them to bring out drinks over.
"Mhmm this is good. I should come here more often." Ranboo said chuckling to himself. I nodded.
"It's really good, one of my favorites to be honest." I said taking a sip of my boba.
"Is that one good?" He asked, I nodded.
"Yeah this place is pretty great at making boba. It's called Miss Tea boba." (It's real place you should try it.) I said, Ranboo nodded.
"Props to this place." He said while taking a big sip of his boba. I chuckled.
"They sell coffee so if you live nearby you can come over to get a kick." I said. Ranboo nodded.
"Yeah it's surprisingly really near my house." He said chuckling.
"Oh really, I hope to see you here more often." I said teasingly, he laughed.
"You never got to talk about yourself." He said nudging my arm. I blushed but shook it off.
"Oh yeah, my favorite color is F/c, I like music, lemon demon to be exact, and Panic! At the Disco are great bands. I like to bake.. I think that's all. I'm not the most interesting." I said. Ranboo chuckled.
"No I think you're pretty nice to talk to, I haven't had this good of a conversation with anyone in a while." He said, I blushed, my face was probably as red as a tomato.
"Thank you, I wish I could say the same." I said jokingly. Ranboo laughed along with me.
"I never realized your eyes were different colors." I said admiring his one green eyes and the other a orange-ish red color. I had no idea and iris could even get to that color.
"Oh yeah, i get that a lot. It's why I wear my glasses." He said. I was a bit confused.
"But it looks really cute, why do you cover them?" I asked, I quickly realized what I just said.
"I- thank you. I cover them up because I'm a bit insecure." He mumbled.
"Don't worry, I think it looks very swag." I said chuckling. Ranboo laughed.
"Yes I am very swaggy." He said laughing along with me.
"Oh god you are great." Ranboo said under his breath. I don't think he thought I heard him, so I kept quiet. But I couldn't help but blush.
"So where are we going after this?" Ranboo asked, I noticed he had almost finished his entire drink.
"Oh I was thinking of going to the movies to watch a movie with me." I said. Ranboo smiled.
"Yoo, which movie?" He asked, I laughed at his enthusiasm.
"Oh we are watching 'It 2," I said, Ranboo nodded.
"Great, we should get snacks and sneak them in." Ranboo said chuckling.
"Hell yeah we will, might even movie jump." I said nudging his arm. He look at me suspiciously.
"Is that even illegal?" He asked laughing.
"Not if we don't get caught." I said, Ranboo nodded.
"True." He said.
____________
We quickly finished our drinks and walked over to the nearest gas station.
"What snacks do you want?" Asked Ranboo, he took out his credit card.
"I'll pay, get whatever you want." He said, I hesitated.
"Are you sure, I don't want to use you." I said nervously. He shook his head in protest.
"I insist, get whatever your heart desires. I'll pay for the movie theater tickets too." He said. I didn't want to be rude so I just excepted his request to pay.
"Thanks, but if you don't want to I'll always have my card out." I said. He nodded.
"Sure but I insist." He said.
We went to the cashier, where Ranboo payed for the snacks and we walked out towards the movie theater.
I shoved the snacks in the backpack I brought and we walked in the movie theater as inauspiciously as we could.
Ranboo payed for my tickets for the horror movie I had longed to watch for a while, and we sat in our designated seats.
We sat down next to each other and watched as the commercials played before the movie.
"You excited?" I asked teasing Ranboo. He looked at me nervously.
"Uhh.. I don't do well with horror movies."
