Lydia returns to Alisa, she doesn't know what's planned. Marielle calls a meeting of the covens, not inviting Alisa, the families make an excuse that she isn't invited for staying in Agnes' house, she accepts this excuse. They're told of Alisa's plans, to do a coup d'etat on the entire town of Salem. Alisa's family didn't believe everyone at first, then Lydia confirms the plans. They get ready for battle. They finally see Alisa's plans for themselves, they can't believe how low their daughter has sunk. Marielle and Marc explains to Alisa's family how they'll infiltrate her, how they'll make her show who she really has become. Marielle calls Alisa and asks to meet her alone, Alisa jumps at the chance. They meet at her and Marc's house, where Marielle has the house protected from using magick inside and out. Marielle pours two glasses of wine, she beckons Alisa towards her, they walk to the lounge and sit on the couch. Marielle asks her why she sided with Agnes after all the hurt and killing she has caused? Alisa explains that she's always felt sorry for Agnes, being born into a witch family without actual powers. Marielle says, "Alisa, remember when you wouldn't use your magick, you might as well have been born without yours? You didn't develop yours until you and I shared a dorm. I believe you're being hypocritical and besides Alisa, Agnes was my family, shouldn't it have been me you took your anger out on? Also, I didn't want to rise so fast, I didn't want any of this, it wasn't until I moved here that I fully embraced it. Alisa, we used to be so close, I just want that closeness again, without all the drama?" Alisa swears that's what she wants as well. Alisa explains that she loves her so much, it was too hard to see her happy.
While Marielle and Alisa are in her house, they have more to drink and they end up having sex, Marielle has always enjoyed having sex with her and Alisa just adores it. Alisa isn't stupid, she knows she's being manipulated, but she's getting to spend time with the woman she loves. Then it pops into Marielle's mind, she can bind Alisa's powers until she's mature enough to use them. The covens must agree, Alisa will have her powers bound until the covens say she can have them back. There's five major covens in Salem each representing the five points of the pentagram, only four attend Sabbats and meeting circles. The fifth coven steer clear of the politics of the other covens, however it's rumoured they use dark magick, to bind Alisa's powers, they must have that coven onboard with it too. After Marielle spends the night with Alisa, she reaches out to the Fuente family, they agree to a sit down, she explains to them that Alisa has plans to burn down the town, not in a metaphorical sense either, she wants to destroy the town. The Fuentes agree to have Alisa's powers bound, on the condition they get a seat at the table of power. Marielle explains that, I'm high priestess and to be honest what I say should go anyway, besides it's you that refuses to involve yourselves with witch politics. Marielle says, "i hear your coven uses dark magick, a magick that destroyed many good witches, that helped the witch hunter back in the 1690's to get away from Salem. Your coven got innocents killed, you're lucky to still have a home here. All I want is for all five covens do the decent thing and work together." Ernesto Fuentes is their coven elder, he explains, "it's rumours that we use dark magick, it's also rumours that we helped the witch hunters, you don't know us. We were targeted simply because we come from the other side of the border. This is the very reason we don't get involved. If you want to get us onboard, you need to understand that." Marielle agrees, "i now understand why you didn't want to get involved, due to the racism,"they're invited to the next Sabbat, Ernesto agrees, saying he hopes that this is the beginning of a new era in Salem." Marielle tells him, there won't be a Salem of Alisa gets her way. Alisa needs to be bound as soon as possible. Ernesto agrees.
The covens meet, Alisa is there, she doesn't think anything is wrong, Alisa is shocked that the Fuentes coven is there, with their power, they can block any signals she gets that this meeting is for her. They grab Alisa, they tie her to a stone, the stone doesn't allow her magick to leave her body, they say the spell and her magick is bound. There won't be any chance of her using her magick to burn down the town. Alisa is furious, she promises to get her magick back and destroy Salem once and for all. Alisa knows the history of the Fuentes, she tries to find out who the witch hunters are. Although as Ernesto told Marielle that the rumours about their family helping the witch hunters as simply just rumours. The fact Alisa is thinking of bringing witch hunters to her town, where her family lives all in the pursuit of power is sickening, Marielle feels sick that she slept with Alisa mere hours ago. Then as always she becomes a step ahead, she informs everyone of Alisa's plan on bringing a witch hunter to town, so she must meet the same fate as Agnes, she's to be shunned from her coven and the covens of Salem. The Fuentes even agree, they're furious. They even tell Lydia of her plans, Lydia tells Alisa that they need time apart. To Lydia's surprise, Alisa tells her to go, she's in no mood to discuss their relationship or marriage at the moment. Lydia can't believe what she's hearing, she gets in her car and drives to her moms. Lydia's mom knows who she married and what family she married into. Lydia tells her family of what Alisa is planning, Salem is their home too, they can't let her destroy it. They team up with the covens and those in Salem that believe that the witches only ever want to protect the town. This is the beginning of the battle.
