SUZY'S POV
"Can you tell me now kung bakit mo ginawa 'yon kanina?"
When I queried that pagkapasok namin sa loob ng elevator, tumingin agad ito sa'kin. And when a wide grin instantly appeared in his face, matalim na tiningnan ko na ito.
He was really enjoying the show he had done back there!
This jerk!
"Isn't it obvious? Ginawa ko 'yon dahil ayokong umaaligid siya sa'yo." He answered with a darn shrug in his shoulder.
"At tingin mo kapag tinakot mo siya, lulubayan n'ya na'ko?"
"Definitely." Agad namang sagot nito sabay tango.
"He should dahil noon pa talaga kumukulo ang dugo ko diyan sa Klent na'yan."
"Shouldn't you have to feel that to yourself imbes na sa kanya? Sa'yo ako dapat lumayo, Liam dahil wala ka ng ibang ginawa kundi kalokohan."
That made him groaned and threw me a displeased look while pouting at me.
"No. Hindi ako ang nagloloko rito kundi ang taong 'yon."
I scoffed at that and shook my head.
"And look who's talking now. Remember that netween you two, you're the playboy kaya tiyak hindi si Klent ang posibleng magloko rito kundi ikaw 'yon." I pointed out na siyang ikinadilim ng mukha nito as utter disapproval look filled his face.
Hindi ito umimik and just kept pouting at my way like a nagging child.
I just shook my head at that in silence dahil ayoko ng makipagtalo rito. Pinili ko nalang na tumahimik na rin and just let him kill me with his glare.
Pero mga ilang sandali lang naman, ito na mismo ang bumasag sa katahimikang 'yon. Probably napagod na ito sa katatapon sa'kin ng matalim na tingin and just received no reactions from me.
"It would be better kung lalayuan mo na nga siya, Suzy."
My eyes instantly rolled upward at that before I glanced up at him in question.
"Tama na, Liam. Alam kong gusto mo lang na hindi ako nagsasama sa kanya dahil alam mong gusto niya ko but please, Klent's my only friend here at---"
"I'm serious, Suzy. Just do that for me. Please?"
I just gave him a look, not wanted to argue about this again.
"'Yon 'yong makabubuti para sa'yo, Suzy so please stay away from him from now on.."
Napapakunot na lamang ako ng noo rito with how he had said that. It sounded like he was begging me to do it for him and that made me wonder now kung bakit.
"Baka ang gusto mong sabihin ay 'yon 'yong makabubuti sa'yo kapag gagawin ko 'yon?"
A tormented groan instantly rumbled from him. Napansin kong humugot muna ito ng malalim na hininga before he replied.
"No. Hindi 'yan ang ibig kong sabihin and just believe me when I say na 'yon 'yong mas mabuting gawin mo ngayon. Lubayan mo muna siya, okay?"
For awhile, I just stared at him. Trying to read his thoughts by studying him under my scrutiny.
Well, he seems so serious about it pero hindi ko lang talaga kasi maintindihan kung bakit gusto niyang gawin ko 'yon.
Blowing out a breath, napapailing na tumingin na'ko sa ibang direksyon.
"Ewan ko sa'yo, Liam. You're just being unreasonable.." Tanging sagot ko na lamang rito.
I just heard him grunted beside me. Probably hindi nagustuhanan ang sagot kong 'yon.
