"Come and sit with me. I don't have much time." Odin told his boys, sitting on a nearby rock. Thor and Loki sat on either side of him, confused. "A shame your sister couldn't be here with us." Odin started. "(Y/n) has been missing for a long time now." Thor admitted. "I know that we failed you. But we can make this right." Thor told him. "I failed you." Odin disagreed. "It is upon us. Ragnarok."

"No, I've stopped Ragnarok. I put an end to Surtur."

"No. It has already begun. She's coming. My life was all that held her back. But my time has come. I cannot keep her away any longer." Odin informed them, incredibly calm. "Father, who are you talking about?" Thor asked. "Goddess of Death. Hela. My firstborn. Your eldest sister. Her violent appetites grew beyond my control. I couldn't stop her, so I imprisoned her. Locked her away. She draws her strength from Asgard, and once she gets there, her powers will be limitless."

"Whatever she is, we can stop her together. We can face her together." Thor insisted, not ready to say goodbye to more of his family. "No, we won't. I'm on a different path now. This you must face alone. I love you, my sons. Look at that." He pointed off in the distance. "Remember this place. Home." Softly, is a cloud of golden dust, Odin slipped away. His time had come for the gates of Valhalla. Thor stood, his anger causing his hands to spark with lightning. "Brother." Loki said. "This was your doing." Thor accused. "(Y/n) is missing? And you never thought to say anything?"

"I've been too busy cleaning up your mess. Who knows where's she's at? What do you care? It's becoming increasingly evident you never gave a damn about any of us." Thor seethed. A rumbling behind them distracted the brothers. A portal of sorts. Out came a women dressed darkly, a thin line of her face. "So he's gone. That's a shame. I would've liked to have seen that." She said. "You must be Hela. I'm Thor, son of Odin."

"Really? You don't look like him." Hela decided. "Perhaps we can come to an arrangement." Loki said. "You sound like him. Kneel." So this is what it was like to have a bitch sister, huh?

"Odin. I bid you take your place in the halls of Valhalla where the brave shall live forever. Nor shall we mourn but rejoice for those that have died..." Thor's voice was joined by Loki for the last words. "...the glorious death." Thor turned to face Loki, leaning against the wall of the cell. After all the shit that had happened, Hela, Sakaar, everything, Loki was the last person he wanted to see. "Hurts, doesn't it? Being lied to. Being told you're one thing, and then learning it's all a fiction." Thor threw a nearby rock at him, only for it to phase right through. "You didn't think I'd really come and see you, did you? This place is disgusting."

Another rock.

"Does this mean you don't want my help? Look, I couldn't jeopardise my position with the Grandmaster. It took me time to win his trust. He's a lunatic, but he can be amenable. What I'm telling you is, you could join me at the Grandmaster's side. Perhaps, in time, an accident befalls the Grandmaster, and then..." Loki makes a few gesture to mean they both could rise in rank. Thor just throws another rock. Loki kept talking. "You're not seriously thinking of going back, are you? Our sister destroyed your hammer like a piece of glass. She's stronger than both of us. She's stronger than you. You don't stand a chance. Do you understand what I'm saying to you?"

"Maybe we could win...If (Y/n) were here-"

"Well she isn't." Loki snapped quickly as of a chord had been struck. "Maybe she would be if you weren't an ass." Loki scoffed. "Fine. I guess I'll just have to go it alone. Like I've always done." There was a pause, and Loki grew irritated by the silence. "Would you say something? Say something!"
