(Y/n) P.O.V.
"Is now a bad time to tell you I still don't know how to dance?" Steve asks. I smile fondly at him. "That's okay. I'll show you." Our choice of song for our first dance plays. It's Been a Long, Long Time. A song Steve knew in the forties. I like it, and in some ways, it's fitting. Finally here, all our friends returned. I take one of his hands, and put the other one around my waist. I put my now metal arm on his shoulder, and rest my head on his chest as we sway to the beat.
I look at the golden wedding band in my finger and smile. I'm almost surprised we finally got here. I never thought I'd wed. But here I am, surrounded by friends and family, held by the love of my life. This is best ending to everything I could have asked for. I had a lot of bumps in the road, a lot to cry over. But it all lead to this. Now I'm sure it'll all be okay. Finally, it's okay.
I love my life and I wouldn't trade it for a thing.
