The girl was blossoming into a beautiful young maiden. Strong and happy. If only she knew what lie before her. What the future had in store for her.
Perhaps then she wouldn't be here on this balcony, enjoying the warmth of the setting sun, but preparing for it.
But there's no way of telling the future. Not really.
"(Y/n), what are you doing out here?" Her brothers had managed to catch her. "Just enjoying the sun. It truly does shine on us, does it not?"
Maybe then it did. But not for much longer.
