Eight// Saying sorry

Millie's Pov

It stayed silent for a few minutes, I guess my mum was expecting me to say that I forgave her straight away but that wasn't happening, I needed to know why she acted before I forgive her.

"Come on then, out with it" I say, this was weird I had never had to do this with my mum before we had never properly fallen out before.

"Okay so the reason why I acted the way I did is because I'm not comfortable with you having a baby" She says simply.

"I kinda guessed that by the way you acted what I want to know is why aren't you comfortable with it" I explain and she stops to collect her thoughts.

"Because I'm a self centred cow" My mum blurts out starting to cry. I moved closer to her and pulled her into a hug she tried to talk through the tears but I couldn't understand her. After a few minutes of the crying she pulled herself together.

"I'm not ready for you to move on from our family, I had this same conversation with Liam when he told me he was having Harry" She explains, this was starting to appear a lot in my family first Matty and now mum.

"Just because I'm having a baby doesn't mean I'm moving on, what on earth made you think that?" I ask.

"I don't see Liam as much now he has Harry and I'm guess I'm just scared the same will happen with you Millie. I need you around your what keeps this family together" She says and tears start building up in my eyes.

"If anything it will mean I can come and she you more, my baby is going to grow up with all it family around he or her. I will still be here I promise you that" I explain to my mum and a smile grows on her face. I give her a hug and that was the end of the making up everything was fine and we decided to have a cup of tea and do some catching up.

"When do you go for the scan?" My mum asked as we sat back down both now with a cup of tea in our hands.

"Tomorrow will be the first scan we will find out when I'm due" I explain.

At this point the front door opened and in walked Casey.

"How's things?" He asked kissing my forehead and sitting down in the arm chair.

"Everything's fine, were good" I explain and he smiles.

"I'm sorry about the way I reacted Casey, I am happy for the both of you I just have a funny way of showing it" My mum says with a little laugh.

"I know you are and thank you" Casey says with a smile.

"Well I best be getting back to make the tea, give me a call tomorrow after the scan" my mum says standing up and walking out of the living room I follow her out into the hall way to see her out.

"I will, bye" I say and shut the door behind her, I walk back into the living room to see Casey had moved and was now lying down on the sofa when I walked in he say back up and I jumped onto his lap.

"That hurt" Casey says clearly in pain, I let out a little laugh and snuggled into his chest.

"Sorry" I say in a cute voice, he put his arms around me and kissed the top of my head.

"I can't wait for tomorrow, our first scan" Casey says getting all excited it showed how much he wanted this baby.

"I know it's crazy, we need to start thinking of some baby names" I say and the thought made me all happy inside.

"We could sit down and talk about names before the scan tomorrow" Casey offers and I agree, we continued talking about plans for the baby like when we would take him or her to cost family and stupid things like who would take the two in the morning feeds, I loved it!

It got to about half eleven and we both agreed it was time to turn in. We left the living room and walked to our bedroom. Casey took his top of and got straight into bed as he was already in some jogging bottoms. I walked through to the walk in wardrobe and got a pair of pyjamas. I had put my pyjamas on and was now standing in front of the mirror looking at my baby bump when a pair of cold hands were put on my waistline.

Casey turned me round so that I was facing him, he slowly lift my top up so that my baby bump was visible he placed his hand on the bump and I watched the smile grow onto his face.

"I love how happy this baby is making you and it hasn't even been born yet" I say not taking my eyes of him, He looked up to face me.

"This baby makes us a family, it's the start of our lives together. Millie you mean everything to me and so does this baby" Casey says making my heart melt. I stood on the tips of my toes and kissed his lips, there is a bit of a high different between us, Casey picked me up and carried me over to our bed.

He lay me down generally and he sat up next to me, to lent down and kissed the baby bump which sent shivers up my spine. He pulled the covers up and then lay himself down next to me, he took me in his arms and I rested my head on his chest.

"I love you Millie" He says, them four words make me melt inside.
"And I love you Casey" I reply, and with that we both fell asleep in each other's arms the way it's meant to be.

A/N - sorry there hasn't been very many uploads recently but there will be at lest another one this week hopefully more
