Ten// Tattoo

Millie pov (January 3rd)

Today Casey was going to visit his family who live in the north with Chet so I had a day to do anything I wanted, which was good.

My plan was to go and get my first tattoo which I had been planning to get for a few month now.

I was siting in the living room just on my phone, dressed for the day when there was knock at the door. I stood up from the sofa and headed for the front door. I reached the door and opened it to see Chris standing there.

"Hi, come in" I say giving Chris a hug and we walked through to the living room. Chris put his case down in the living room then sat down with me on the sofa.

"Casey has gone to visit his family for the day" I explain

"Alright, did he tell you I was staying here this week" Chris says which was the first I was hearing of this but I didn't mind, I love spending time with Chris.

"He didn't tell me but you know your welcome anytime I don't mind" I say and Chris smiles.

"Thanks Millie" he says.
"No problem, I will make up the spare room for you" I say standing up from the sofa.

"Millie don't worry about it, I'll do it" Chris says following me into the spare room. I got the stuff out and we made the bed then went back to the living room.

"So what you up to today anything nice?" Chris asks.
"Well I was going to go into town and get my first tattoo" I say to him.
"Well why don't we go now" Chris suggests and I nod, I grab my bag and give Chris the keys to my car.

"I guess I'm driving" Chris says with a laugh.
"Yeah, I probably can still fit behind the wheel but I don't want to try" I say with a small giggle. We headed into town and to the tattoo shop where my friend Kate worked.

"Hi Millie how you doing" Kate says coming out from behind her desk and giving me a hug, she also gave Chris a hug as it had been a while since they last saw each other.

"I'm okay and yourself" I say
"I'm great, how was the scan yesterday?" Kate asked walking back to behind her desk.

"It went really well baby is health and has a strong heart beat. Me and Casey decided not to find out weather we're having a boy or a girl though, we have left it as a surplice.

"Good to hear anyway what can I do for you" Kate says remembering she is at work.

"I'm going to get the one I have been wait for, for like five months" I say as it is all I go on about to Kate and the other girls. Kate laughed and told me where to go, Chris followed me into the room where I would get the tattoo.

I told the man which one I wanted to where then he got to work. Obviously I couldn't lay down so I sat on one of the chairs, it's a good thing I remembered to were a strapless top so that the man could get to the back of my shoulder.

It took about two hours in total and then it was finally done. I thanked the man and went back out to pay, I'm so happy with it. I paid and said bye to Kate then me and Chris did a little more shopping, we even got some baby things which was fun. Some we got bored and went for food.

We went into a Chinese restaurant as Chinese is my favourite. We got a table and ordered.

"Have you got a photo from the scan" Chris asked and I picked my bag up got my purse out and handed him the photo. He looked down at it and smiled.

"Awwww, he or she is lovely" Chris says handing the photo back and I put it back in the photo pocket in my purse.

"We started writing names yesterday" I explain getting a copy of the list out of my bag and giving it to Chris.
