Singapore Escapades
Singapore with Xenon was a completely different story compared to when we travelled to Manila together because of my stupid dare.
This felt more special because of his birthday. And with us being away from almost everyone... We could do anything we wanted.
We can be crazy and have fun.
But with Xenon, he's always the bad cop. Always reminding me of rules and regulations kahit na alam ko namang gusto niya rin.
On our 2nd day, we went to the Gardens by the Bay. It was located behind the Marina Bay Sands. If only we weren't that tired yesterday, sana pinuntahan din namin. But then, all is well. The attractions were beautiful in the morning. But when we saw it at night, it was more amazing. It looked so magical, especially the light show.
That day, we just shopped and strolled. Xenon said we had to treat it as a lazy day.
"It's a lazy day. Pero dahil magkasama naman tayo, it's still special, hmm?" He said as held my hands tighter while we walk around. Suot niya ang regalo kong relo. He told me he'll never stop wearing it.
Our outfits are still matching. Courtesy of my boyfriend. I wore a black lace bralette and cream trousers. To make it more appropriate and not horrify the old fashioned people who'll see me, I borrowed Xenon's LV windbreaker and kept the zipper open.
He wore a simple black shirt and jeans. Very simple and still matched mine.
Singapore isn't really different compared to the weather of the Philippines. Mainit din naman but this is all for fashion. Beauty over anything.
"Ang clingy mo talaga," Asar ko.
"Sa 'yo lang naman. Sa 'yo lang lagi." He smirked when he knew his words would paint my cheeks red.
We even took a video of the lights show. All throughout the day, Xenon would take pictures and videos of us. I like to materialize the memory.
On our 3rd day, we went to Sentosa.
"You said you already went here?"
"Whenever we travel... Hindi naman ako ang assigned sa mga direksyon. Sumusunod lang ako... It's usually Mom..."
Natawa ako ng mahina. "That's what you get for not paying attention."
"Sanay kasi ako na nand'yan sila. Whenever I'm with them, pakiramdam ko safe na ako. I don't worry much with them. Sila na bahala sa akin e." He smiled when he saw my amused reaction.
"My gosh..." Napahawak ako sa sentido ko. "Akala ko maliligaw pa tayo sa Singapore."
"Ayaw mo nun? Adventure?"
When he saw my glaring eyes, napaayos siya ng upo.
"Sabi ko nga. Hindi na ako magsasalita. Sorry na." Pilyo na ang ngiti niya kaya napailing-iling na lang ako.
I tried to stifle a smile. He's so cute and adorable. Sarap kurutin sa pisngi.
We went off at Imbiah Station and roamed around the plaza. We even used the cable car to reach the lookout.
We went out so early in the morning that we had a lot of time to roam around. We found a luge and raced there. Pagkatapos, nagpahinga muna kami saglit ni Xenon.
