I am so sorry that I haven't uploaded in a while, I'm just been really busy. I was very relieved to find that it was just a random person looking for their bag, and it wasn’t long before she was gone and I was alone once again.

Being as ninja like as possible I crept out of the shower, I had completely forgotten that I was at school and just started thinking on how I could get on to Nathan.

I decided that going out the back door would be safer, at least that way I wouldn’t have to try and explain anything to anyone.

I swung open the door and headed to the science blocks, because I was almost sure that he was in science. I took only a step before I ran into a wall. Wait… a wall?

‘Myth?’ and walls definitely don’t talk as far as I’m concerned. I slowly lifted my head to see Nathan standing right in front of me.

‘What the… I was just about to come and see you’, I stated a little flabbergasted.

‘I know’

‘What do you meant ‘you know’; I thought you said you can’t read my mind’.

‘I can’t but… well… we have lots of powers and… you don’t know how to control yours yet… so….’

‘Could you please just get to the point?’

‘You summoned me’

‘Wait so I actually have powers now?!’

‘Don’t you remember being with the elders?’

That was when I remembered what he was talking about, when I woke up on what felt like a cloud. We were standing there for a few minutes before I was shaken back to reality.

‘Myth... Myth!’ 

‘Wha-…’

‘Are you feeling OK?’

‘Yeah, why do you ask?’

‘You just look a little flushed, an-‘

It was at that moment that I had an almost unbearable stab of pain in my back; I fell to my knees and screamed out in agony.

After less than a second I felt two muscular arms wrap themselves around my back and pull me upwards; this however just made the pain worse, if that’s even possible.

Then they moved around my legs and my neck. I’m pretty sure that Nathan put his arm around my neck because he knew the pain I was going through.

He flew away before anyone could come and see what was going on. I opened my eyes after a few seconds of flying and saw that we were flying over our school; it looked a lot bigger in the air than it did on the ground.

‘Where are you… taking me?’ I managed to spit out, when the pain wasn’t as bad.

‘Up’

‘Up, where? … Why?’

‘I know it hurts, and back home we have a… potion… that will help. Just try and stay with me OK, we’ll be there in two minutes.’

‘But there… aren’t any… clouds… today’

‘Well, not that you can see’

Nathan was right though, in around two minutes we were around one kilometre in the air. It’s a good thing that he was a fast flyer because the pain was starting to get worse now.

He landed on the ground and I opened my eyes again. There was a whole city with angels everywhere. There were even types of plant looking things. The angels were wearing robes like we always thought them to have but they weren’t all white.

Some of them were but very few, the other colours ranged from light blue to red and even a few green. I wonder what that means.

He took me past some of the larger buildings and through a door of a small glass looking green house, and then placed me face down on a table.

It wasn’t long before a shorter middle aged man came walking over to me with a small purple vile.

‘Is this her?’ he asked Nathan.

‘Yeah’

‘OK Myth, I’m just going to give you a small tonic that will help with the pain’ he said with a stern voice, as he started sprinkling it over my body.

It gave off a warm comforting feeling, and it was only after about thirty seconds that all pain had left my body and all I was left with was a light fluttering feeling.

I decided to sit up after a few moments. I looked around the room and found many more beds and over ten other angels in here with me. Was this some kind of hospital?

All of this was just going so quickly, it didn’t feel right. This kind of stuff just doesn’t happen.

My head was spinning so fast, I couldn’t take it. I felt a motion go through my body and sent out a wave of force, sending Nathan flying back over 10 meters.

I looked up and saw him sprawled across the floor. What did I do? He got straight up and by the look on his face he wasn’t hurt at all, but really shocked.

In fact almost everyone was looking at me, the only exceptions were a few people that looked to still be sleeping, how they slept through that I’ll never know.

Just then I felt an object go flying out my back, luckily it didn’t hurt too much, I thank the potion stuff I was given.

Less than ten seconds later the same thing happened on the other side of my back. That one hurt a little more, but all I did was let out a little whimper before I fell back down on the soft table again.

I felt a hand slip its way into mine and I gript it tight, probably a little tighter than I should of, but it still stayed there.

I must have drifted off after a few minutes because I fell into a dream. It was of me and Nathan, we were just flying together in the sky, and we both had wings.

It was a simple dream, and even though it only lasted a couple of seconds it was quite comforting.

I woke up with Nathan asleep beside me, his head on the bed that I had been moved to and our hands still entwined. It was only just starting to lighten up outside so I was guessing it was the next morning.

I thought about trying to get back to sleep when I thought about the day before.

Did I really have my wings?
