28 - Breakdown

A/N: IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN YET -- I'm going on a long trip from the middle of July till the end of August to see family so updates might slow down. I'm going to try to write some chapters ahead of time so you'll still get content. I have both doses of the vaccine and so does all my family so don't worry :)

"Ethan."

"Yes?" He squeezes you closer.

"Get off," You struggle against his grasp.

"(Y/N), stop it," He tries to hold you in place.

"Get off of me for fucks sake!" You scream at the male and manage to squirm free. You glare at him a moment before storming inside.

"Angel! Come back!" He follows after you, Beau trailing behind him.

"Go away!" You continue to bicker with the boy.

"(Y/N)! You know maybe if you weren't so difficult this wouldn't have happened to you!" He yells at you as you walk away.

"Shut up!" You escape back to your room slamming the door behind you and collapse on your bed, immediately bursting into tears. "Maybe it is my fault..." you mumble to yourself, continuing to sob.

'If I never talked to them this wouldn't have happened. I knew something was wrong with them from the start. Why did I still talk to them? It's all my fault...' You chant self-deprecating mantras to yourself falling further into a haze.

Your sadness transitioning back into rage you stood up from your bed and clawed at your arms, trying desperately to feel something. Tears poured down your face and broken screams left your throat as you ravaged the room around you. Throwing anything that looked like it might be fragile and getting increasingly more angry when they wouldn't break. In a final bout of rage you smashed your large mirror with your bare fist.

The reality of your actions hitting you as you felt the sting of glass in your hand, your eyes widened. The tears that had stopped for your moment of shock fell once more and you slumped to the floor. All you could hear was the ringing in your ears as the other residents of the house surrounded you.

"I just got home and this is what I find? What did you two do to her?" Levi shouted at Beau and Ethan. Beau flinched back slightly.

"I didn't do anything, it was her fault she was being difficult," Ethan scoffed and glared at the floor.

Levi huffed, "What happened, Beau?" His tone softened as he talked to the pink haired male.

"Well we were sitting in the garden and Ethan was clinging to her so she got mad."

"Is that all?"

"He told her that everyone thought she was dead. She said that she wanted to go inside but Ethan wouldn't let her go so...." Beau trailed off, not wanting his best friend to get in trouble but not wanting to get in trouble himself.

"Ethan," Levi shifted to face the blue haired boy, his tone becoming one of a disappointed dad.

"What? I just wanted to spend time with her," Ethan refused to make eye contact with the boy in front of him.
