"Thanks Liz."

Harry looked over at them.
"Wait, where's mine?"

"Get them yourself, you lazy arse."

Harry playfully rolled his eyes and clutched his chest. "You wound me Anna."

They were sat in the dungeon classroom late on Thursday morning for double potions. The Gryffindors and Slytherins had the class together.

Anna had been warned about potions by nearly everyone. The reason why this subject was despised was because it was taught by Severus Snape, who also happened to be the head of Slytherin house.

Apparently he did favouritism for his house and bullied the others especially Gryffindors. Harry happened to be the most hated one. No shock there. Harry was either absolutely loved or hated, there was no in between. The rivalry between Snape and Harry had started ever since Harry stepped into the class on his first year.

Anna wasn't sure if she could hate Snape with a passion as her friends did until she saw him herself.

Snape was waiting at the door to greet them with a sneer on his pale face, his eyes, as black as coal, seemed to lit up with fire as though seeing students physically pained him. He wore black robes and his greasy hair looked like they haven't been washed since the Wizarding War.
He remarkably resembled a bat.

She hadn't missed how his face became extra hard when he saw Harry.

He looks like he's done with life.

That was Anna's first impression of him as she watched Snape moving around the class criticising every Gryffindor without providing the slightest help, the sneer painted permanently on his face. He intentionally ignored the Slytherins when their Potion went wrong as if he suddenly went blind.

"I have a feeling he's going down to the bottom of my list." She whispered to Harry.

"You still haven't seen how nasty he can get." He replied.
