Third Person's POV
The morning began as almost any other in the Kim's Paradise. The clear sky, darkness giving way to yellow, red, and blue. The sun rising in the east, the other moon setting in the west.
A couple was tangled under the quilt. The younger of them had his hands on the elder's naked shoulder blades as the younger's head was under the elder's chin. The elder of them had a gentle yet tight hold on the younger's waist and the other arm wrapped around the younger's shoulder holding him close.
The younger was the first one to blink his eyelashes before opening it completely. Those beautiful Bambi eyes of Jungkook that Taehyung fell in love with 24 years ago. They had a beautiful yet the cliché love story. The typical arranged marriage which blossomed into a beautiful love blossom for both of them.
Jungkook let out a yawn and removed the grip of his husband before getting out of the bed to get started with his day. He quickly made his way to the bathroom after choosing his clothes for the day.
After a quick warm shower to awaken himself completely he made his way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. He has got a shit tons of work today like usual. Kim Jungkook's day was always the same, waking up early, making breakfast from everyone, waking his sons and his husband, sending them off to school and office then getting to his own works.
Jungkook is a famous painter who goes by the pen name Jk. Painting is the man's passion which he successfully turned into his glorious career. He enjoys his job very much. Earning from what he loves to do can't be much better.
Taehyung on the other hand is a CEO of a neuter gender clothing brand, which is a very successful company. 'Be You' that's the name of Taehyung's clothing brand. His company is self made not inherited by his forefathers or something. He started Be You from the scratch and brought it where it is today. A well known Company in South Korea.
The Kim couple have two children, both being boys. The youngest son, Beomgyu had hair the colour of chocolate softened with buttermilk and a heart as big as a sunflower. The eldest son, Yeonjun had a grin cheekier than any monkey and was all the more adorable for it. Their parents loved them with the power of a thousand suns and they flourished, intelligent and kind. The father danced with them in the kitchen to crazy music, the sillier the better. He chased them with fingers that would turn them into monsters with one wiggle. The mother surrounded them with love and was more fierce in their defence than any lioness. That's how the Kim's Paradise is.
Beomgyu and Yeonjun, the brothers, for better or worse. That bond is a sort of union of souls, a feeling that to lose the other would be worse than death. They were the ones who carried each other's soul beneath the gruffness and often crude humour. Whatever came, they knew they'd be there for one another. That reliability, that trust, it built us and sustained them.
Beomgyu was a shadow of his mumma and for Yeonjun that note of chivalry was always there, hiding under the ambivalence he preferred to project, yet ready to protect his younger brother.
Yeonjun was more of a mixture of both his mumma and Dada. Wherein the youngest was everyone's baby in the family. Yeonjun on the other hand liked to take care of everyone in his family especially his mumma and his younger brother.
Like any other family, the natural duty of 'mother' and 'father' is God given. Both love, both protect, yet the tasks are split because of the vulnerabilities that motherhood brings.
One of each other, that's what they are, that is family, that is for life, that is their forever, that is their promise.
