"You sure about this?" Chris asked parking his car
"I'm sure, my mom will be working at the hospital all night, it'll just be us."
He nodded and took his keys out the ignition, then reaching for his overnight bag in the backseat. We should really be staying lowkey until after State but the feeling that taking risks gave me was addicting. Knowing that we could get caught did something for me. I enjoyed the rush. Plus with everything going on I didn't feel like being alone tonight. It would've been better if we went to his house but where's the fun in that. We still played it smart. Chris has two cars a black Range Rover and an Audi R8. I told him to drive the Audi so no one would recognize his car parked around the corner.
"Wait here, let me just make sure the neighbors aren't outside."
He nodded and I grabbed my bag as I got out the car. Looking around the block I see no sign of Sebastian or anyone for that matter. I signal him from the sidewalk and he follows suit getting out the car and coming over by me in a quick manner. I grab his hand and I start running over to the side door of my house.
"Damn girl, I ain't fast like you slow down." He whispered making me giggle
I unlock the door and we walk into the house. I switch on the light and lock the door behind me.
"This is nice." Chris said looking around
"Thanks, I know it's probably smaller than what you're used to."
"No. no, no baby it's perfect. It feels like home." He smiled wrapping his arms around my waist
I peck his lips and lead him to my room down the hall.
"Wait is this you?" He asked pointing to my baby picture on the wall
