Sirius came back to his room after an awfully long day with Uncle Cygnus and family. He just wanted to sleep now, but after changing he found a note near his room door.

I am sorry for yesterday Sirius. I didn't knew mum was awake, I shouldn't have shouted. Please reply to me. We can talk through notes. No one will know.

Sirius smile after reading the note, quickly sit on the chair to write a reply for it. He neatly fold it and open his room door to see if anyone is there or not then he slip the note under Regulus' room door.

Its okay, it's was not your fault we can talk like this but on one condition you will not ask me about house condition and about my college.

Regulus carefully slip painkillers under Sirius' room door. Sirius pick them up and pull out one table, he eat them and quickly hide the box so that no one can find them.

They both talk like this daily, Sirius gets to know about Regulus' college. He is big university like Hogwarts, his roommate Barty is his best friend. He is studying Arts and History his favorite subjects. And he has a girlfriend there which he probably wants to introduce to family. Last note they have passed before sleeping in which Sirius had asked about his girlfriend's name and personality.

He wakes up from the knocking on the door, he gets up from the bed slipping his barefeet in fuffly slippers. He sees a note near his door before opening the door he put his foot over the note and opens the door.

"Yes" Sirius said annoyingly after seeing his bulter.

"Ma'am and Sir are waiting for you downstairs" Kercher said harshly.

"Coming in 15" Sirius replies with same tone as Kreacher's

"10" Walburga shouts from downstairs, Kreacher smirk at Sirius and goes downstairs.

Without any farther due he quickly starts getting ready, he pick up the note from the floor and on the table. After taking bath and getting ready, he put the note in his jeans pocket, he looks himself in the mirror he is presentable. White shirt with black buttons, black pant and black shoes, hair are nicely comb, he sigh and rush downstairs to his father's office.

"Good morning father, mother" Sirius greets them with fake smile.

"As you know, today is Regulus' birthday which means today is your engagement announcement day. Don't not ruin it. I am warning you Sirius." Orion said sternly, Sirius gulp and nodded.

"Now, Regulus will be up in sometime do not tell him about this. Party will start at 7, be ready by then." Walburga said, "Kreacher has put your suit and shoes in the room, wear them in party and be very presentable. Understand." Walburga said and Sirius nodded again.

Note has been long forgotten, Sirius had busy in helping Walburga for setting everything for party. Around 5 he gets free with everything, and decide to get a long bath. He didn't get a chance to talk with Regulus or even to open the note. He just slip a 'happy birthday' note in Regulus' room.

He starts getting ready around 6.30, Walburga had got him black tuxedo. Sirius is fixing his bow when he heard a knock on his door. "Come in."

"Guest are coming 10 mins. Be down by then" Kreacher says and leave.

Sirius thought he has 10 mins till party so why not read the note from Regulus, he search his pant pocket which he was wearing in the morning and opens the note, which was little big then usual.

She is very beautiful and smart Sirius. Mom dad will like her because she is our status. To be honest I didn't know her status, I just fell for her but when she told about her family I was over the moon. I know I am very young for all these feelings but I know they are true and from both side. She loves me, we told eachother before holidays. Sirius should I tell mom dad today about her what you think.

Her name is Vanessa Malfoy, Lucius' younger sister. I know you don't like him but she is not bad, I love her Sirius. Tell me what to do.

Sirius gets shock after learning the girl's name, "Fuck parents are going to make the announcement about me and Vanessa, shit Regulus loves her and she loves him bad fuck" Sirius whispers to himself.

"Sirius down" Walburga shouts from downstairs.

Sirius quickly write a dirty note to Regulus and slip it down to his room.

Whatever happens take mom dad side, don't let me ruin there image. Make them proud Reg not me or you, just them and then you can have anything you want.Got it.

Party starts and Regulus find Sirius with very horrifed expression. "What you mean in note Sirius." Regulus asked.

"Nothing just do as I say. Take mom dad side" Sirius hisses back quickly and goes to his father side.

"Attention everyone, today on special occasion of our younger son's birthday we will like to make a announcement. Blacks and Malfoy are relation is not just about business we have decided to make it personal. Our son and Malfoy's daughter are soon going to be engage." Orion announce.

Regulus looks like someone has stab his heart 100 times and Vanessa is looking same but both didn't say a word untill Sirius speaks.

"Dad, um, I can't marry her." Sirius whisper quietly to his father. His father looks at Sirius and Sirius takes a step back with so much anger and he again gain his courage, "I am gay father, I can't marry her." Sirius whispers again, "You haven't said the name, you can say Regulus and Vanessa, I am not legally your heir, you can make Regulus." Sirius suggest.

Orion takes Mr. Malfoy to his study to tell me about the new arrangement, Mr. Malfoy said he don't care with whom his daughter is marrying, he just care that his daughter to marry with Black' heir. If it's Regulus no problem they can wait for some more time.

Orion makes the announcement saying there older son his not responsible enough to take care of things. They have decided to make Regulus there heir and to make them marry Vanessa.

After party Orion calls Sirius in his office. He beat the shit out of him, he is bleeding from all possible places. His Black tux is now cover with blood and almost tore apart.

"Father I will do all the dirty work" Sirius tries to convince his father that leave Regulus out of this, he will do all the dirty work let Regulus enjoy the happy side of the business.

"Regulus is heir which means he have to be on both side of the business, you made your decision now it's our time. You have 12 hours Sirius to leave the house after 12 hours if you didn't leave I will make sure that you leave the world. You decide." His father said.
