Jennie POV

"Finally. Home.", Lisa flopped right onto the couch once we entered our dorm. Chae and Jisoo already unpacking while I went straight to my bed to sleep. It has been exhausting although it was also enjoyable to perform for our fans. Just one thing keeps bothering me.

I still haven't forgotten about Hwasa and Y/n's dating scandal. She was told to pick up Y/n from the airport only to be dropped off at her dorm. Or at least that's what Hwasa told me. I know it's fake, but it still annoys the heck out of me to see them together.

Flashback

So many cameras and fans. Since there's two girl groups there's more guards which allowed Hwasa to quietly speak to me. "I'm sorry, Jennie.". Cameras flashing as all of us walked to our rides. Y/n and Hwasa holding hands for the public.

I shook my head with a fake smile, "It's fine. You treat her more like a sister?". I glance to see Y/n's head down not speaking.

Hwasa smiled with a slight nod, "Y/n is like the little sister I never had. Trust me, she's all yours.", which made me ease down my worries. Although Y/n was still quiet. Jisoo overheard since she was nearby, but Chae and Lisa weren't aware about it.

"Ok then. Be careful.", I said before walking off.

Jisoo POV

"Did you notice something about Y/n at the airport?", Chae asked.

I stopped cleaning hearing Y/n being mentioned. "What do you mean, Rosie. She looked fine to me.". Her thinking face was on. "Is there something I don't know?"

"She was quiet since we got here.", she stopped folding her clothes. "Well she just got back. Probably tired from the tour? We were completely worn out from our first one. Remember?".

"Yeah, but...nevermind.", she shrugged off.

"But what?", Lisa asked curiously. "You're up? I thought you were sleeping this whole time.", I asked. Lisa still eyeing at Chae waiting for an answer.

"I'm just more cautious about how Y/n acts. She hasn't spoken since we got here. Didn't you all notice?", Chae asked us. Lisa and I exchanged questioning looks, but both of us weren't phased by it.

I fished out my phone from my bag, "I'm gonna call her.". "Could you put it on speaker?", Lisa asked obvious.

"Hi, unnie!"

"Y/n?"

"Nope. It's Mae"

"Mae? Hey, umm. Where's Y/n?"

"O-oh, uh. She's at C-Clara's. Guess she forgot her phone."

"Oh. Ok. Well could you ask her to call back when she returns?"

"Yeah of course. Bye unnie~"

"Ok thanks. By-"

Call ended

"Did she just hang up on me?", Chae and Lisa were busy holding in their laughs. I clicked my tongue, "Unbelievable.", I muttered. Something about that call felt off.
