I wiped the tears coming out before extending my hand out. "Yes!" I exclaimed. "Yes, a million times, yes!" He put the ring in my left hand, standing up and giving me a long kiss.

"I love you," He stated after the kiss. "I love you so much."

"I love you too," I put my hands around his neck. "I kind of feel guilty now." I admitted.

"Why?" He asked, now looking at the ring in my hand.

"For ruining your surprise." I sighed. "Judging by the story you just told me, the surprise would've been beautiful. I shouldn't have reacted irrationally."

"You didn't act irrationally, love." He cupped my cheeks. "You acted how would any person do. But look, at least we're already engaged, right?"

"Yeah, and I couldn't be more happier." I kissed his cheek. "I love you," I whispered, leaning my head in his chest.

"I love you too," He replied, massaging my hair for a bit.

After the proposal, we went inside the house, some already congratulating us. Adeline even though I wouldn't agree because his son was a 'too scared to ask you on a date'. Of course, everybody laughed because it was half true.

"I admit, I have pretty good acting skills," Olen laughed, sitting beside me and draping his hand over my shoulder. "I think I should just be an actor. Wouldn't want my acting skills to go to waste."

"Congratulations," Savannah looked at Alexander and I. "And Steph, I think you should not sit with the both of them. You look like a third wheel." She laughed.

Olen mumbled incoherent words, now standing up to sit beside Savannah. He then draped his arm around her just like she did to me a while back.

"Admit it. You just want to sit with me, don't you, darlin'? Olen looked at her, lifting her chin with his other hand.

"Ehem," Lewis interrupted them. "You both are now the stars of the night. And Olen? I suggest that you don't want to flirt with my sister. As he said that, Olen sent Savannah a wink, her then being flustered all of a sudden.

"So, can I see that ring?" Gigi asked. I nodded, extending my left arm, showing her the ring. Her eyes bulged out, as if something bad or shocking just happened.

"That's Cartier!" She exclaimed. I looked at her with a confused face. "You don't know what's Cartier?"

"Of course I know what's Cartier, dumbass." I rolled my eyes. "I just don't pay attention to it that much. I mean, it's expensive."

"But you can afford it though." Oliver piped in. I gave him a shrug.

"And? So you know that's like fifty grand?" She breathed out.

I choked on my own saliva. "It's what?!"

"It's fifty grand." She repeated. "Did you know?"

"Obviously?" I asked in a questioning manner. "Obviously." I now sounded more sure.

We then just casually talked, them congratulating us from time to time. The next day, Alexander and I planned to have an engagement party since only a few people know about the engagement. Of course, I already told mama and papa, but we decided to do the party for our engagement to be public.

A couple of days later, it was Oliver and I's birthday already. We decided to party, just before we went to Prague. Of course, at exactly 12 AM of our birthday, we posted pictures with people greeting us.
