Talia's POV
Stark let us finish for the day and Peter was eager to try on the suit Stark made for him and he wanted me and Ned to come to see it.
He was climbing around his room and posing in a million different ways excited about his suit. He looked cute too.
"You guys wanna watch a movie or something? Get some food and take some chill time after a hard day of saving the world?" Ned asked.
"As long as you're paying," I joked and they laughed.
"Does pizza sound good with everyone?" Ned asked and Peter and I both nodded.
Ned left the room to go get the food and Peter got up to pick out a movie. I walked up to the shelf he stood at and scanned over the options. I looked up at Peter and noticed he was staring at my chest.
"Excuse me?" I said and put a hand over the neckline of my shirt.
Peter looked panicked and he shook his head vigorously.
"No! It's not what it looks like. I wasn't looking at, never mind. I was looking at your scars. I was wondering where they came from," he said as he looked up at the ceiling and nowhere else.
"Oh, I don't remember," I said with a sense of sorrow.
I barely remember anything from before I got to this earth. I don't even know how I got here. I just remember waking up with Natalie and my family sitting next to me and then a bright white light and screams.
Then I was alone on the streets of New York City on a completely new earth.
"Oh. I'm sorry," Peter said.
This time he was looking at me. He glanced down at my bracelet and pointed at it.
"You're bracelet is beautiful by the way. What's in the box?" he asked.
"Full of questions today, aren't we Peter?" I laughed.
"I just realized that I hardly know anything about you that's all."
You wouldn't be the only one.
"I'm not totally sure. I've never looked," I shrugged.
"You don't know what's in your own bracelet?"
Peter started to catch on that I was a bit suspicious.
"Let's look then," he suggests.
I nodded and opened the small box. I tipped the box over and a small note slipped out along with a little capsule. I gave Peter the capsule to hold while I open the note.
"Bite and remember."
It was written in my handwriting too.
"Well, that's convenient," Peter said.
He gave me the small blue capsule and I inspected it before deciding it was safe to put in my mouth.
My teeth broke the seal and a gel-like liquid poured out and as it touched my tongue I collapsed to the ground.
Natalie's POV
"You should tell him."
"I'm not telling him, Nattie," Steve rolled his eyes.
"If you don't, I will. This is the perfect solution, Steve. This prevents heartbreak for everyone. It's a win-win-win. What's so wrong with having a third?" I asked seductively.
I ran my hands up his chest and around his neck. I lifted myself up onto my toes and grasped Steve's ear with my teeth.
"I know you want to," I whispered.
"That's not the point, Nattie. It's not right," Steve groaned.
"This isn't 1945 anymore, Soldier. We can do whatever we want."
I pecked his lips before letting go of Steve and stepping away.
"How do we get Bucky on board?" he sighed.
I turn around with a smirk.
"I'll approach Bucky, but you need to prepare yourself for your first kiss with your little lover boy."
I left the room and the second I opened the door, I saw Bucky.
"Bucky! Just the man I was looking for," I smiled.
Bucky looked confused as I took his hand and pulled him back into Steve's room.
The second Steve locked eyes with Bucky he turned red. I could practically feel the heat radiating off of him from here.
"Bucky, Steve, and I have something to ask you," I said as I pushed Bucky closer to Steve.
I could tell that Bucky was starting to get nervous too, but he was unaware of what was going to happen so a sense of confusion was caught in his knitted brows.
I look over at Steve and give him a nod of encouragement.
"What? I thought you were going to ask," Steve panicked.
"Well, I can, but I also think you should say something," I raise an eyebrow.
"Steve, what is going on?" Bucky gulped.
"Bucky, I've realized something about myself and Natalie helped me come to terms with that fact. And I think you feel the same way."
Steve paused and took a step towards Bucky. He was looking at him like there was no one else in the world, let alone the room.
"Bucky, I love you."
Steve's hand brushed across Bucky's jaw which slightly dropped when Steve stated his confession.
"And I know you love me too."
"Steve, I-"
But Steve did not let Bucky finish. He softly kissed Bucky and Bucky didn't hesitate for a second to kiss him back. I was so shocked just standing there watching them kiss. I didn't know what to do.
I didn't want to interrupt because this was a big moment for them. That and I can't lie. I was very much enjoying myself watching them.
When they broke away Steve had the happiest grin on his face and Bucky looked at me with a worried face.
"You aren't mad?"
"I couldn't be happier. Which brings me to Steve and I's proposal. Do you want to join us? And like be our third?" I asked awkwardly.
I don't know how someone is supposed to ask that sort of question.
"You want me to be a part of your relationship?" Bucky asked for confirmation.
"Yeah, we do," I grab their hands.
The three of us fell asleep in Steve's room that night. I've never felt more loved and appreciated.
Seeing Bucky's smile and the warmth and feeling of Steve's arms wrapped around me. Unfortunately, that feeling couldn't last.
We still had a world to save.
