Waking up with a slight hangover, Jimin's eyes fluttered open to feel strangely warm all over his body as he looked over to notice that in the dead of night their bodies couldn't fight the gravitational pull that fused their bodies back together.

With his arms protectively wrapped round Y/N, he smiled as he noticed his hand resting on her small bump as she blew out small puffs of hair through her slightly parted lips.

With her laying flat on her back on his side of the bed, her bump was more prominent on her small frame, just a little lip on her slim waist giving him butterflies in anticipation. Excited for when she would have a fully fledged baby bump to show the world that she was growing their Bun inside.

Carefully removing his arms from her, he slipped from the bed, making a quick trip to the bathroom before heading downstairs in hopes of being able to bring her breakfast in bed before she woke up.

With a spring in his step, he greeted Y/N's dad cheerfully who was already waiting at the dining table for the food the chef was preparing, holding a steaming hot cup of black coffee between his hands.

"You're in an awfully good mood." Y/N's dad observed, watching as Jimin dashed around the kitchen grabbing some fruit and yogurt along with some of the toast that was already prepared.

"I am." Jimin grins. "I have every reason to be happy. I'm going to be having a baby with the most incredible woman in the world."

"Hmm." Jack hums. "As incredible as she is son, she can't keep secrets from her dad."

Slowing his movements as he pours the hot water into a mug filled with a peppermint tea bag, Jimin glances at Jack, his heart beating hard in his chest as he nods in understanding.

"I didn't expect her to." Jimin mumbles. "We just didn't want to burden any of you with our issues, that's all."

"Jimin, I'm just gonna ask you out right. Why aren't you seeking any help?"

Silently shrugging, Jimin leaves the tray of food on the counter for a moment as he respectfully joins Jack at the table, sitting opposite him as Jack keeps his eyes on him awaiting an answer.

"Honestly sir, I don't think I need it. Since she asked me to, I haven't played one game of poker. None. She has put enough fear in me by just leaving me that I think it's enough for me to never want to play again."

"Right." Jack nods, "So say she was to forget the whole thing and take you back tomorrow. Do you think you have enough self control to never slip up again?"

"I think so." Jimin nods. "I can't lose her."

"Thinking it is not enough Jimin. I need to put my foot down as a father here. I will not let my daughter spend her nights crying herself to sleep wondering where you are, if you're coming home. So I have transferred enough money into her bank account to pay her mortgage until the baby comes."

"Why would you need to pay her mortgage?" Jimin frowned, not sure if her dad was so dead set at keeping his daughter away from him, or if Y/N was having money troubles. Both of the possible reasons making him feel sick to his stomach.

"She's a proud woman Jimin. You know that."

Giving Jimin a firm pat on the back, Jack leaves him to mull over what he had learned. She was struggling without him.

Grabbing the tray filled with breakfast and tea, Jimin ascends the stairs again before walking down the hall and gently pushing the door to his bedroom open just in time to see Y/N stirring, her body stretching out as a squeaky yawn escapes from her lips.

"Good morning." He smiles, earning a smile in return as she sits up in bed.

"Good morning."

"I didn't know how your appetite was in the morning, but I figured Bun would need feeding. I brought you some tea also."

Looking up at him as he sets the tray down on her lap, she gives him a small thank you before reaching out and grabbing the mug of tea.

"I normally wake up feeling really nauseous." She comments, sipping slowly on the hot minty liquid trying to curb her uneasy feeling in her stomach.

"It's okay." Jimin nods, taking the tray off of her lap and setting it down on the floor before taking a seat at the foot of the bed. "Where are your vitamins?"

"Shit!" She sighs, dropping her head back and looking up at the ceiling. "I knew I forgot something."

"I have some spares in the bathroom. Don't worry."

Watching him as he disappears behind the bathroom door, Y/N was grateful to have a glimpse of the thoughtful Jimin she once knew. The same Jimin that had no issue with having a tutorial on feminine products from a shop keeper in the Bahamas.

"I'll take them in a minute." She comments as she takes them from him, placing them on the nightstand before continuing to sip on her tea. "Thank you though."

"I just talked to your dad." Jimin sighed, perching himself on the bed by her feet again. "Why didn't you tell me you were having money troubles Y/N?"

"Because it's not something for you to worry about." She shrugged. "My dad is happy to help."

"It is actually." Jimin responded with a slight scowl, angry that she was yet again trying to make it look like she didn't need him. "You are carrying my child and it is my responsibility to make sure that the both of you have everything you need. I don't see why you don't just live here, let me care for you."

"Jimin." Y/N groaned. "That isn't going to help the situation. You still have a problem and as long as I'm here I know you are going to think that it doesn't need fixing."

"But I've already stopped!" Jimin said, raising his voice before returning it to a low whisper remembering that both sets of parents were still in the house. "I haven't played once since you told me you were pregnant. It's over. Please Y/N, just come home."

"I can't." She whispered, dropping her head trying to hide the stubborn tears that were hanging on the brim of her eyes.

"Fine." Jimin huffed, slipping off of the bed and grabbing the tray from the floor and storming towards the door. "But for the record Y/N, I miss you too."
