"Ya fucking asshole."
Atsumu gritted his teeth and before he could even think straight, threw a punch in his twin's face. His entire body was shaking in anger and if they weren't in his brother's kitchen then he would've thrown another one at him. He couldn't believe that his brother, who he had so much trust in and he thought wouldn't ever end up being that person, exactly became that person without his notice. He was disappointed, disgusted, mad, and most of all, heart broken to hear everything.
Osamu just silently took the punch because he knew he deserved it. He felt disgusted with himself too and he understood where Atsumu was coming from. He bit his bottom lip, feeling all his past sins creeping up on him. Some of his colleagues stared at the two of them in horror. He had to shake his head and dismissed everyone who tried to approach them to help him or to stop the fight. He had been in a lot of fights with Atsumu before and he knew this one wasn't like any other fights that they had. This one would be tough to resolve.
"Where did all the respect in yer body go huh? Ya fucking piece of shit." Atsumu growled as he grabbed Osamu's collar, fury evident in his eyes. His nostrils flared, teeth gnashing together in intense anger. But when his eyes met Osamu's, he softened and disappointment manifested in his face. "Mom and grandma didn't raise ya like this. What the hell happened to ya?" Atsumu whispered, trying to understand him.
Osamu looked away, running his tongue on his busted lip. He couldn't look his brother in the eye at all. "I was such a trash. I was caught in the heat of the moment that every reasoning in my brain flew out of the window." He continued telling his story.
"Who was she?" Atsumu hissed.
"Was one of my colleagues. It was during a very hectic time, I couldn't think straight and just went along with her initiatives." Osamu said with a low voice, feeling ashamed of the reason behind everything. It was just him being a total piece of shit.
"Are ya even hearing what yer saying? Yer disgusting." Atsumu finally let go of him, pushing him away with force that was enough to knock him down. He couldn't care if he was causing a scene that Osamu's colleagues could see.
"I know." Osamu wheezed, propping himself up.
"I don't know if I can even trust you with relationships anymore after all this. I can't believe I was setting up my best friend with the man who cheated on her before. I was a fool." Atsumu massaged his temple then ran his hand through his hair, sighing heavily. He couldn't process everything at once. What happened in high school was one thing, but what happened after college? That was so messed up.
"Stop approaching her anymore. Ya don't deserve her." Atsumu gritted his teeth, voice filled with rage that could scare anyone. "If ya don't take my word seriously, ya wouldn't get away with just a punch I'm telling ya." He added with venom, eyes sharply darting down on his twin before he stormed out of the kitchen, not even giving his brother another look.
Atsumu silently grabbed his phone and dialed your number. He needed to apologize to you.
Meanwhile, Osamu was left alone in the kitchen, laughing at himself for how much of a trash he was. He knew the moment he told Atsumu everything, he would hate him to the core. He was prepared to face everything, heck, he was even prepared to face you once again. Which was why he came back here to Tokyo. But one look from your expression the first time you saw him again, he knew it was all too late. Plus, he knew he didn't have a chance from the start. He messed up again and again.
"Fucking piece of crap." He whispered, referring to himself. He covered his face, thinking back on you and him. There must be something really wrong with him. He broke your heart twice. Maybe he really had to stop and just continue living in Hyogo, away from you.
