Happy let Ava shower first when they returned to their hotel. Knowing he needed a shower as well, she bathed quickly, got out and dried off, then slipped into the hotel's offered robe with her towel wrapped around her head before heading into their room. He grunted something incoherent at her as he went into the bathroom and shut the door. She got dressed, dried and fixed her hair, then did her make-up wanting to look good for the evening. They would be taking in a firewalking ceremony that night, get some local food, and have some drinks. She hoped he'd open up to her while they were out. When he exited the bathroom with his towel wrapped around his waist, she just stared at him again making him smirk to himself again. He grabbed some clean clothes then headed back into the bathroom.

Once dressed, they headed out to find where a firewalking ceremony was being held. They discovered one close by making her giddy as she had her camera with her making him groan. They made their way to where the ceremony was located, found seats, and ordered drinks. They watched as the fires were stoked for the ceremony before it began. The pair remained silent but she hoped he'd start to talk to her about himself or something while there. Before long, the ceremony began and she forgot all about her husband not talking to her. She took a full video of one guy walking across the hot stones and simply a few pictures of the next guy. She was amazed at how they could do it without getting burned until the story was told of how it was possible. After they left the firewalking ceremony, they went to find a local café to find something genuinely Fijian to eat.

They found a cute little café with seating right near the beach so they stopped there for dinner. Their waitress came over to take drinks so they gave their order before looking at their menus once more. Once they had what they wanted to eat, they had to wait a few minutes for their waitress. She brought their drinks so they placed their orders and sat there in silence. He sighed not knowing how to bring up anything with the club. He figured she'd want to know about him but wasn't sure what all she would be able to handle or what all he should tell her. He suddenly asked her to tell him how she grew up and what it was like growing up with her family. He needed to know if he could trust them and hearing how she grew up would help him make that determination. She smiled widely at him happy he was finally taking an interest in her.

She told him all about her family, from her twin older brothers to her two sisters and how her mother didn't want to test the Lord by trying for a third pregnancy afraid of having quadruples the next time. He chuckled at that bringing a smile to her face. She told him about growing up speaking three languages, how they were picked on a lot growing up for being able to speak three languages, the way they looked, being identical triplets, and having an Asian last name. He nodded as she spoke. She chuckled slightly before telling him that sometimes her and her sisters switches classes if one of them didn't like a particular class or teacher in the class or were bad at it. He just smiled at her as she told him how they pulled it off. She told him about the charity work her mother made the family do each week on Sundays because she believed giving back to the community was highly important especially since they weren't born here and wanted to be productive members of their new society.

She smiled before telling him about some of the summer vacations their parents took them on throughout their childhoods and teenhoods. "They still take us on vacation every year even though we're grown. It's always a fun time!" she told him earning a head nod from the bald man. She explained about what her siblings did for a living and how they'd come to their professions. She explained that her sister had won a big lottery and bought the three girls their own residence, paid off their parents' house, and paid off any college debts her siblings still had. This bit of information was rather shocking to the assassin. 'How much money did this woman win?' he thought to himself as his wife took a sip of her drink. She told him about her house and everything he was hearing, he was liking. It was sounded like she had a lot of the same tastes in residences and properties that he did and he found that very comforting.
