You have to tell him. You can't live your life hiding inside a box, not telling him how you feel. Jacob is a good person. He cares about you, and you can't repay him with lies and twisted truths.

You decide to tell him after school tomorrow. As you, Jacob, and Erica pause at your house to say goodbye, you think about it, but don't say anything. You really don't want to admit your feelings to him with his sister watching.

So you let him say goodbye, and give Erica a quick smile, and head off into your house.

Today at school is pajama day, you realize, as you wake up. Pajama day was one of the best days at school. Everyone had the option to wear their pajamas, and all day the students get to play board games and watch movies.

There was also breakfast for lunch sometimes. You pull on different pj's, because it's a bit cold outside. You eat breakfast and pull on a warm jacket. Then you walk down to school.

The bell rings, and every single student practically bombards into the building. Everyone shoves things in their lockers, without a care in the world.

Next, everyone runs to the gym, which is where they make announcements for the schedule, and divide the students into groups for playing games. "Calm down!" Principal Sage yells through her microphone. The chatter is soon minimized.

"I would like to announce the schedule first." Sage continues. "Each group (there will be six groups) will take two hours at a time in three different rooms. Lunch will come to your 2nd room."

"Teachers will divide each grade in half, and you will stay in your group." Sage keeps going. "Do not - under any circumstances - leave your group." She looks into the crowd for somebody. "You know what I mean, don't you, Cole."

Everybody laughs. Last year, Cole Evans wandered along the halls the whole time, trying to find his group after he went to the bathroom by himself. The teachers couldn't find him for a few hours, and he'd been in big trouble.

"Thank you." Sage says, putting away the microphone. Teachers start dividing the grades in two. You strain your head to see if Jacob is in your group. Erica, being two years younger, will be in one of the sixth grade groups.

"Y/N!" You see Jacob running towards you. You push through the crown of shouting students for him. "I'm in group 1. Which one are you in?"

"Group 1." A teacher calls, patting your head.

"That answers it," Jacob says. He's wearing long pajama pants with little cartoon baby yodas on them. You figure he likes Star Wars. His shirt is black with the Star Wars logo on it. Definitely a Star Wars fan you think. "I like your pj's."

You blush. Yours are black pants with little white cats on them, with a white shirt that says 'Meow' on it. "Thanks." You say, blushing as much as it is possible.

"Come on." Jacob says. "Let's go play some games."

He grabs your hand and leads you through the crowd. You feel like you're going to die of embarrassment. You really gotta tell him.
