Recovery is slow. Day by day more and more visitors and privileges. After a week, you're allowed home. Your parents have re-done your room, just the way you've always wanted it to be.
Jacob visits you in secret everyday at 4, when both your mom and dad are gone at work. He's not allowed to see you, due to the fact that your parents still thin kit's all his fault you went missing. But he does it anyway.
On the other hand, you don't blame him. It's yourself who ruined who you were. But now you're back to normal.
"I love you Y/N." Jacob whispers one afternoon. Your parents are to be home later than usual. They said eight PM. It's six, and the two of you have just eaten dinner. You reach for his hand, his warm, comforting hand.
"I love you too." You whisper back. A cool breeze blows through your hair as you sit on the front porch swing. You couldn't have asked for a better moment.
