Sleeping At Last - Saturn •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
With the aid of copious amounts of Sleeping Draught, Evangeline had managed to get a few hours sleep in the past 3 days since she had been discharged from the hospital wing. Today she decided to visit Dumbledore, thinking she couldn't leave it any longer and it meant she would get her out of the dorm. The room was empty, Pansy had left for class over an hour ago. There was a plate of uneaten toast next to Evangeline, Benjamin had been visiting after every meal time, not that she had eaten any of it. She slid of of her pyjamas and pulled on her uniform and robes, clothes she hadn't worn since before. They felt a little loose on her which didn't shock her, she hadn't had as much as an apple in five days. Evangeline took herself into the bathroom to splash some cold water onto her face, Pansy had rebraided her hair again last night so it looked fine. Her face on the other hand was a different story, the circles under her eyes a shade a deep purple, her lips cracked and eyes heavy. She pulled out a beautification potion from hers and Pansy's stash before exiting the room and heading down the stairs.
"You off?" Blaise lifted his head up from his potions text book.
"Yep" she smiled. The common room was empty aside from him which Evangeline was glad of. Not many people had seen her since and she was nervous for the gossip and stares.
"Want me to walk with you?" Blaise stood up and headed over to her, one hand in his pocket.
Evangeline shook her head "I need to face them at some point"
Blaise kissed her cheek and returned to his position. Evangeline took a few deep breaths and left the common room, luckily as it was class time the halls were emptier than usual. She quickened her pace as she hurried down the corridor to avoid being spotted, she heard a couple of students heading her way so she ducked into a side hallway.
"Who are you hiding from?"
Evangeline screamed and fell back into the wall, the hallway was narrower than she realised and hit the back of her head against the stone. Draco stood to her side, eyebrows raised as Evangeline brought her hand to her head. Her fingers slightly damp with blood.
"No one" she muttered as a group of fifth year Ravenclaws made their way down the hall.
"You're bleeding" Draco lifted his wand. Lumos. He brought his hand to the back of her neck, tilting her head forward to get a better luck "want me to-"
"Sure" she answered quickly, realising she was growing late to see Dumbledore.
"Does Pansy know you're going somewhere?" He almost whispered as he cast a charm over her skin.
