Took! Took!

Kevin's POV

"Gusto mo kunin ko 'yong number ni Lee?"

Ngising tanong ni John sa isang ka-team ko sa basketball. Katatapos lang ng laro namin at tumambay muna kami dito sa locker room.

"Kaya mo ba? I heard he's too cold to men." Sagot naman ng isa kaya napakunot ang noo ko kung sinong pinag-uusapan nila. I'm not familiar with the family name.

"Tara na." Aya ko sa kanila at naunang lumabas sa locker room.

Pero gusto ko nalang yatang bumalik sa loob dahil sa dami ng nagpapa-picture sa'kin. F*ck!

Tamara and I won the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals earlier that's why people are flocking over me.

Nang tapos na lahat, niyaya ako nila na manuod ng volleyball dahil daw may maganda at magaling na naglalaro pero hindi ako sumama sa kanila dahil gusto ko ng magpahinga. I was so stressed these past few weeks because of the basketball training and practice for Mr. Intramurals.

The family name of the woman they're talking about is Lee, first year from Civil Engineering pero hindi ko pa siya nakikita dahil busy ako these past few days because of the practice.

Kinabukasan, may game na naman kami and after the game, wala silang ibang pinag-uusapan kundi ang volleyball player na Lee. Kung gaano daw siya kagaling maglaro at kaganda. I got curious so I watched their game during the championship. Good thing, mas naunang natapos ang sa'min.

One player caught my attention. She has round face and black curly hair. She also has white skin kaya kapansin-pansin kaagad siya. She's short too which made me frown because mostly volleyball players are tall.

When the referee whistled, nakita ko siyang tumayo at pumunta sa kung saan magse-serve. I was just watching her serve and then, it was a service ace!

But I was shocked when I hear the family name, it's Lee. Siya ba 'yong palagi nilang pinag-uusapan? Indeed, she's pretty and a good player.

I was just watching her the whole game and I can't help but to admire her. She's very determined to win even though she's just a first year student.

Nang hindi ako makuntento ay lumayo ako sa mga kasama ko at nagsuot ng mask. Pumunta ako sa may gilid kung saan pwede ko siyang picturan. Nang natapos ay bumalik ako sa inuupuan ko kanina.

It was first year vs. fourth year and they won. Everybody was so happy, including my teammates and me of course. I guess it was because of her. She gained more points.

After the game, maraming nagpapapicture sa kanya, including my teammates. Gusto ko din sana pero siguro sapat na 'yong nakuha ko kanina kaya hindi nalang.

After the Intramurals, balik klase na agad at minsan ko nalang siyang makita. I wanted to introduce myself to her but I don't know how.

When I saw her with Ladiely, I thought I have a chance on knowing her because Led and I know each other but we're not that close. Katty is my classmate and Bry is my friend too kaya mas lalo akong umasa na makilala siya.

Bry invited me one time sa bahay nila, sila lang daw magkakaibigan ang kasama, bonding daw ganun so sumama ako dahil akala ko parte siya ng circle of friends nila. But I was disappointed when I know that Led was the only one who know her. I was shy to approach Led, because I'm not that comfortable with her. She has this aura that she's really high, I can't reach, just like Kyntzy. Maybe that's the reason why they become close? Smart-asses.

Times flies so fast and it was Intramurals again, second year. But I was disappointed when I know that she won't play. The volleyball court would be so boring.
