Rin POV

Izu walked back after talking to Toshi on the other side. I didn't know what they talked about but he smiled at me while tilting his head.

What was with that weird smile? I didn't get it.

Izu was told to go to the nurse's office immediately since he could walk and that Recovery Girl would be waiting for him. I went with him and waited till she wrapped the fingers with the bandages and said that she was done.

"My match with Shinso, I didn't go through it like you would" Izu said looking down sadly. Not this again.

All Might rubbed the back of his neck, "We both heard some of the things he said to you, it must have been painful to you, both" he said looking at me at the same time. I turned my head to look down and away.

"Yeah but I still couldn't go easy on him. I have to keep my eye on the prize, aiming for the top. Just like you said" Izu said looking at All Might.

"Oh you poor little boy" Recovery Girl sighed and then looked up at All Might angrily, "Have you been putting too much pressure on him again!" and punched him in the gut.

"You rock Recovery Girl" I laughed. That was cruel but considering her statement, All Might kinda deserved it.

All Might groaned in pain and held his wounded area with one hand and held the other hand out as a shield, "It was necessary and that hurt!" He rubbed the area in pain still groaning, "no matter how much you agree with her, stop praising her for it young Rin" he said reproachfully.

Izu talked about how he broke out of the mind control and how he saw a vision during the match.

All Might said that he saw something like that in the early days and that it was some sort of test that Izu had passed and that his passion is what made him able to move his finger even if it was little.

"That makes sense, Hitoshi's quirk is practically impossible to break out of but OFA is a mystery in itself, it wouldn't be a surprise then if that's why Izu broke out of the mind control" I said thoughtfully holding my chin. "But does that mean OFA hasn't fully integrated into his body? I mean it's his now right?"

"It is his, but he will own it completely only when he can fully control his quirk. If you get what I mean."

I nodded but Izu just looked back and said rubbing the back of his neck, "Yeah, that explanation isn't very satisfying"

All Might flinched and then tried to divert the topic. He pointed his finger towards Izu, "Don't you have more important things to do?"

"Oh yeah one second, hey Rin? Can you go wait outside for a bit?" Izu asked me looking up.

"Why?" I asked puzzled.

"Uu-um, I just want to tell Recovery Girl and All Might something, it's fine it won't take long, I'll come back right outside" he said frantically.

I was seriously weirded out and confused by his request, what reason could he have for making me wait outside and not hear what he wanted to say to Recovery Girl and All Might?

I still went outside while looking back with a weird expression. Izu was smiling brightly as if urging me to continue going.

I turned around and opened the door to go outside and closed it behind me.

"I waited you know" I heard a familiar voice, "thought you were too angry to even come."

I flinched and turned to see Toshi leaning against the wall with his hands inside his pockets.
