I turned back and hurried to catch up to Izu. I came to the tunnel and found him there, "You're done?" he asked.

I nodded. He seemed to be really tense and nervous, I put a hand on his shoulder as he stood a few feet from the entrance and looking outside, "you'll be fine, don't worry, I'll be watching right from here. I won't be going up to the stands" I smiled encouragingly.

Present Mic spoke in the stadium introducing this round.

"Hey! Sorry I haven't said hi, you've been great, you've harnessed OFA." All Might walked over with a thumbs up.

"Well not really, now I'm still scared of using it. I imagined the egg in the microwave or how it felt to hit that villain but I'm still not in control. It feels unpredictable, like I might be ripped apart if I'm not completely focused. Besides I'm not ready to fully wield it, I can tell. Even after so much training, my body is weak, it just can't handle your power at 100 percent."

All Might held his chin, "yeah, if we're talking about how much OFA you can use at this point, I'd say my closest guess is about five percent or something."

Izu flinched, "only five precent?!" He slouched, "ok, I guess I've only been getting by because of luck and my friends helping me out."

All Might immediately walked forward and chopped his head, "I only wanna hear you say you'll do your best dammit!"

Izu had small tears in his eyes and his tongue sticking out after nearly biting into it.

"Yeah, that one's from me too" I said. Izu looked at both of us in surprise.

"First, what is this about your quirk, isn't it yours now? You're trying to use it like All Might does. Part of Endeavor's quirk and mine is Pyrokinesis but the way I wield it is completely different from his, because it's my quirk. Second, even 5 percent is a pretty big amount considering All Might's full power." I looked at All Might, "You have been pressurising him haven't you? About how your days are coming to an end? I know it's true All Might but he isn't like you. But that's not a bad thing, it's not wrong to play to your strengths and not be the copy of All Might, you are built differently. Until then just go up there and do your best Izu, don't think about stupid luck. If it was anyone else, they wouldn't have had the amazing ideas to be able to grab that luck nor the determination and drive to motivate everyone around them. Your team wouldn't have been able to make it in without you." I said with a little anger in my tone.

All Might had flinched at the pressurising part and Izu just froze at my tone and the relaxed unknowingly as he heard me.

"If you can learn slowly, you can increase the pace without you knowing it yourself. You have to first get adjusted to the water temperatures in a pool before swimming right?"

All Might looks like he realised something and Izu widened his eyes with his mouth open.

All Might laughed and put a hand on my shoulder with a smile, "you've opened my eyes Rin, I haven't thought about it like that. I guess I still have a lot to learn as a teacher"

I suddenly flustered, "Oh no, that's not what I meant I mean you are a good teacher but everyone makes mistakes right, you're after all the one who wielded One for all so I couldn't know more about the quirk than you, I'm just making guesses. I just got a teeny bit mad because of the gloomy and negative atmosphere and Izu looking so tensed and depressed..." I kept rambling.

"You have also opened my eyes at how similar you two can be sometimes" All Might said weirdly.

"Oh! I ramble when I get nervous sorry, it's not all the time" I rubbed the back of neck sheepishly.
