"Hey, I'll go talk to Todoroki, remember how he looked at Sero's match? I don't know what happened but I hope he isn't in the same mood as then. I had wanted to go visit him before that match but thought he needed some space. I kinda regret it now. Only if it's alright with you, since you're gonna be fighting him next" I said.

"No! I don't mind at all" Izu said frantically and then had a sad expression, "I saw him that time too, he just looked.. so sad. I'll be happy if you can go and try to talk to him, it'll be from my side too!" he smiled.

I smiled softly and nodded. I knew he would say that. I hugged him, "All the best, I'll be watching from the stands, alright? Let's meet in the semifinals just like you said"

He nodded with a determined smile.

We parted there and I rushed to get to where Todoroki will enter the stadium.

I found him leaning against the wall near the edge of the tunnel with his arms crossed.

"Todoroki" I said as I got closer.

"Huh?" He looked up and saw me coming towards him.

"What are you doing here?" he asked looking puzzled and standing up straight.

"I just wanted to wish you luck" I said smiling.

"I'm fighting against your brother" he reminded.

"I know, he knows I came here too. Anyways, do your best, remember what I said before" I said referring to the last time we talked "Think about walking your own path, all of us came here to achieve our own dreams, not our parents and we're giving it our all. I'm sure you saw Ura's and Bakagou's match, you saw how hard they both fought for themselves."

"You're really weird" he stated blankly.

I flinched, "I know this is really weird and stuff but just try and ignore that fact." I smiled embarrassed. "K I'm gonna go watch from the stands, bye"

He nodded and I went away.

I was worried about completely two different things at the same time.

I was really worried about Izu's match since he would have to use his quirk and Todoroki is more than just formidable. I felt like an idiot for wishing my brother's opponent even though I wasn't really rooting for him to win but those were truly the things I wanted to say for him to hear. Was I behaving too weirdly today?

He was a person that needed saving, the pain and torment he felt weren't something I couldn't look away from and I was sure nor could Izu.

And the next, I was super worried about my match with Iida after this!

He's fast and that would be a problem. His recipro burst poses another problem. If he used it first, then his engines would be jammed and I'll have some time to defeat him easily. But if he didn't then maybe things would get easier.

And even if I did use super hot flames, he can counter it with his speed, and it'll only be a stalemate if I flew up and tried to handle it from there.

I couldn't use tank of flames, nor could I use concentrated attacks cuz he could dodge it easily. He could create wind with his fast kicks to throw away my flames too if I tried to corner him.

I was in serious dilemma as I reached the stands and sat beside Tokoyami that was free without much thought.

"...in, Rin! Earth to Rin!!" I heard Iida call me and broke out of my thoughts, "oh I'm sorry, I didn't hear you" I smiled apologetically.
