"THE EIGHTH AND FINAL BATTLE IN THE FIRST ROUND OF MATCHES, HE WAS KIND OF A HOTSHOT IN MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND JUST LOOK AT THAT DETERMINED FACE. FROM THE HERO COURSE, KATSUKI BAKAGOUUU VS THE ONE I'M PERSONALLY ROOTING FOR, ALSO FROM CLASS 1-A OCHACO URURAKAAA!"

Isn't he supposed to be unbiased?

"Do your best Ura, I'm rooting for you" I muttered.

Katsuki looked a lot angrier than usual, probably because earlier must've riled him up.

Izu pointed it out and I just pretended like I didn't hear that. I didn't think he would really get his mind messed up because I wished him luck... but I couldn't help but want to wish him.

"What did you exactly do earlier?" Izu asked with a sort of knowing expression and a helpless smile.

I sweatdropped, "um nothing special really!" I looked away while scratching my cheek, "I just went to wish him luck I guess...?"

Izu's jaw dropped. I might do some unbelievable things but this took the prize.

Before he could say anything I quickly said, "He needs to improve his temper, it's because of his temper... in any case, it wouldn't affect the match much."

He paused when he heard that.

Iida asked us about the strategy we planned.

Izu explained his initial plan and Katsuki's strengths, "... Rin gave me an idea though, but this depends on the amount of damage Kacchan causes to the stage. I just don't know if it'll work"

"Can you elaborate?" Iida asked curiously.

"If Ura...-Uraraka!... can make every rock that blasts from the ground float in the air and is able to collect them all to make a big enough shower that falls on Kacchan, she can immobilise him just like at the battle trial when she fought against you. But.."

Did he almost call her Ura? I smirked but still spoke, completing his sentence.

"His explosions are too strong, even if the large amount of rocks fall on him, he can blast them off before they land on him. If that doesn't work, then even if the rubble landed on him, he can still blast them off of him. That's one risk factor. It's amazing how you got all that from just the phrase 'throwing rocks at air'." I said, still surprised at his way of thinking despite knowing him the best.

"LET THE EIGTH MATCH, BEGIIINNNN!!"

Ura immediately ran at Katsuki crouching low to the ground and holding her hands ready.

"Strike first! Wow look at her go" Izu exclaimed. "That's a good strategy and all she has to do is touch him one time."

(a/n. ~Look at her now, watch her go, mm-mm-mm~)

"But it's not gonna be easy. You know Bakagou's not gonna let her get too close to him." Iida said with a grin.

"That's why he'll stand his ground and attack back instead." I said and Izu nodded. If he kept dodging then she could drive him to an edge.

Katsuki started with his habitual right hook and threw a blast at Ura who wasn't able to dodge in time. I flinched in fear but my mouth stayed shut in worry as Izu and Iida shouted her name at the same time.

After that Katsuki aimed at a fluke and Ura came from behind him, "Yes!" I shouted at the amazing distraction but it didn't work in the end. Katsuki's reflexes were too good. Where did he even learn all of this? How did he hone all these skills so perfectly? His raw talent was terrifying.

The match went on and Ura took many blasts and dodged quite a few but she couldn't lay a finger on Katsuki.

But just then I noticed something, every blast he made had the rocks fly in all directions, even though it was supposed to happen that way, there was something weird about the pattern.
