"come on were late" billie rushed as we got ready for lily's wedding. " babe .. have you seen my earrings?" she asked as i was brushing my teeth in a hurry. "no check on the counter in the kitchen" i muffled toothpaste filler inside my mouth.

i finished getting ready soon after. "you ready?" she asked. "yes" i replied. next Tuesday we officially get autumn, i wasn't sure i was ready for a kid it just kind of hit me let along foster a kid.

we arrived inside the room lily was in and i seen a snake , not an actual snake a person snake. "okay let's get on with the plan" lily exclaimed. "okay so when we get out there Nora gonna take my bouquet-" i cut her off. "Nora you're back?" i asked.

"just for her wedding" Nora smiled . "so you or Georgia can be on either side-" Kaitlyn cut her off. "how dare you say i haven't changed" she interrupted. "i don't have to justify my choices to you" i told her.

"how dare you say that i am the same person when i got here before i became a surgeon or even became interested with medicine. you life is different because it's filled with happy family and new upcoming foster babies and lovers. and mine looks the same? but i'm not , i changed i'm doing this alone and that's.. that's just as hard as what you're doing" she said numbly.

"but i thought i would at least have you" she said. "i'm so jealous of you i wanna set things on fire. you did what i tried to do and i couldn't! and you don't even know how you did it.. you have nothing but time and focus you are not the same person from high school you are who we both set out to be" i confessed.

"you've become something.. we never saw coming" she said and took a thoughtful pause. "you are a good friend as you are a good surgeon and i'm happy for you but we are growing apart" she said. "i know and i don't wanna compete with you but i do because were supposed to push each other and make each other better" i paused.

"forever since the day we met right?" i said truly. "right" she replied. "okay but i'm so mad-" lily cut her off. "oh shut up today is not the day! you two , super neat into working your crap at but not today and you" Lily pointed at Nora. "stop talking about how you think you made a mistake because this is my wedding day." she said in a very perky tone.

"i should be feeling really special right now! i should he flounced and fluffed and handed tissues for so much cry over joy and just you know what stop thinking about you and make me feel special" she panicked crying shutting all of us be quiet.

"okay so uhh the tissue?" Kaitlyn wondered. "—pillows" i gathered aloud. "okay" Nora sighed fixing her dress as we mummers were filled from the room as we make her feel special at last minute. "i'm sorry" Kaitlyn mouthed to me."me too" i mouthed back to her.

LILY POV

this is the day , the special day that highlights my life that important day that we'll all get someday but today is mine. it's my turn to have this day. it's like a wheel , whoever it lands on is next on the marriage stop.

"—-i take you , Lily Woods , to be my lawfully wedded wife to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us par-" he got cut off by Jordan standing up hesitantly as he sat down as we all looked at him. as the bridesmaids, Georgia, Nora , and Kaitlyn looked at each other weirdly.

"i take you , Ryan Schmitt to be my lawfully wedded husband to have-" he stood up again in the middle of the alter. "i love you , Lily. i always have i .. love everything about you. even the things i don't like , i love and i want you with me" Jordan confessed in front of everyone in the middle of the alter Dr miller looked at him with shocked eyes as she couldn't believe what was going on.
